In the Dragon Nest.
Udi took out the items from the Spatial Bag.
Four Magic Books made from Demon Beast Hide corresponding to each attribute, respectively:
Illusion · Zero-Ring · Mage’s Hand
Illusion · Zero-Ring · Communication Skill
Lower-tier Magic · Second-Ring Invisibility Skill
Middle-tier Magic · Third-Ring Acceleration Skill
Among them, Mage’s Hand and Communication Skill are ant to make daily life more convenient, so Udi thought about learning them. The skill level need not be high, just entry level, and it won’t take much ti.
As for Invisibility Skill and Acceleration Skill, these two magics are for enhancing strength. The Invisibility Skill is to conceal Udi’s increasingly massive Dragon Body, allowing him to use various tactics in battle. Although Udi learned the Shrinking Skill, using it reduces power, the smaller he shrinks, the greater the decrease, whereas Invisibility Skill does not negatively impact strength.
The Acceleration Skill is the only middle-tier magic in this transaction, and its effect, as the na suggests, is to cast a spell to increase the movent speed of oneself or other beings.
Udi did not choose to learn those seemingly extravagant spells. The chosen magics are either practical or can enhance his strength.
The only attack magic learned so far is the One-Ring Water Blade Skill.
The effect.... is just beginner level of Water Blade Skill. Counting the Water Elent True Dragon’s power enhancent on Water Magic, it is far less destructive than even a fraction of Udi’s pure Dragon Body’s force...
Even if the Water Blade Skill is mastered to the highest level of Returning to the Essence, its power remains the sa, unless a significant amount of magic power is forcibly consud for ring upgrade. But doing so is evidently not worthwhile, as the magic power consud for ring upgrade is sufficient to cast several tis of magics corresponding to the post-upgrade ring number.
If one truly wants to learn such extravagant attack magics, they must be high-ring magics; otherwise, their effect on Udi is minimal, only able to enrich his magic library but likely to remain at the bottom without much use. However, high-ring magics are very precious, strategic-level items, beyond the current capability of the Higlind family.
And this is also why Udi’s current transaction magic type doesn’t include those flashy attack magics. Any Gate, Shrinking Skill, Water Elent Enhancent Technique, Water Healing Technique, Weakness Technique, Secret Rune, and now acquired Mage’s Hand, Communication Skill, Invisibility Skill, Acceleration Skill..... Now Udi’s magic library emphasizes practicality!
"Let’s first get started on these four magics." Udi thought to himself.
One day, two days.... In the blink of an eye, more than half a month has passed.
All four magics have been learned at entry level.
Magic research ti is quite tedious and lonely, and Udi occasionally needs to relax his mind.
In the Dragon Nest, expanded four or five tis, he stretched his enormous Dragon Body recklessly, scales and muscles rippling like waves.
Like an arrow breaking through the Water Pool, tens of tons of water spray flew into the air, turning golden under sunlight, magnificent and dazzling.
Invisibility Skill!
Udi silently recited a Magic Spell, using this newly learned magic.
The once eighteen ters long, wingspan over thirty-seven ters Black-scaled Giant Beast vanished without a trace in mid-air.
"The magic power consumption is acceptable." After silently sensing for a while, Udi was fairly satisfied.
The larger the invisible volu, the more magic power is consud. With Udi’s current physique, the magic consumption is naturally not small, but this is only true for ordinary casters.
For Udi himself, the enormous Dragon Body is not just an external manifestation of physical power, but also a level of magic power storage.
This little magic power consumption is rely trivial.
Without having to flap his wings, Udi flew at a moderate speed while floating in mid-air.
He first arrived at the territory of the Black Blood Race.
In the past three years, Udi has been sowhat reclusive, counting the tis he’s gone out on one hand, and hasn’t paid particular attention to observe developnts of the subordinate Monster Race.
Such matters don’t require his concern; Shiji, Kadan are much more capable in this regard.
....
"Stone, are you ho?"
Black Blood Race, scattered wooden houses cover an area of tens of kiloters, between the wooden houses are well-organized gravel paths. In a remote corner of the tribe, stands a solitary two-story wooden house.
At this mont, a slim Kobold youth, standing 1.6 ters tall, is shouting under the wooden house.
The shout draws attention from those inside the wooden house, the window on the second floor opens, and a female Kobold pokes her head out, originally preparing to scold with displeasure, she instead beams with joy upon seeing the young Kobold below, her face covered with tiny black scales and folds spreading like a blooming chrysanthemum,
"Oh, it’s Little Wolf, are you looking for Stone? He should be taking care of the livestock in the backyard now." The female Kobold’s attitude is quite enthusiastic.
"I understand, Stone’s mother." The slim Kobold youth, addressed as Little Wolf, nodded to Stone’s mother at the second-floor window, then headed to the backyard of the wooden house.
In addition to the large breeding farms, each household in the Black Blood Race cultivates so livestock, and grows so fast-maturing fruits and vegetables. These are personal wealth, which one can decide to eat or trade with.
Little Wolf walked around the wooden house, traversing several dozen ters to reach the shed in the backyard.
The shed housed dozens of Jungle Giant Rabbits. These rabbits are re beasts, belonging to the lower-mid rank within Level 0 according to Biological Level, though they are quite large, weighing forty to fifty kilograms when fully grown.
