Within the magic domain of the Eye of the Storm, hundreds of wind blades road throughout the entire space, and at the core, that azure spiral sphere continued to ceaselessly generate new wind blades.
A wind blade slashed at Udi’s dragon body, but his dark and shiny dragon scales blocked it, leaving only a faint white mark on the dragon scale where it had been cut.
The Griffin, seeing this, controlled hundreds of wind blades to simultaneously strike the Black Dragon.
Clang clang clang clang~
Countless wind blades bombarded Udi, attempting to drown him within.
Udi’s pupils were indifferent, completely unconcerned. With a flap of his dragon wings, enhanced by the Water Elent Enhancent Technique and Acceleration Skill, his speed beca terrifyingly fast.
The Griffin, with injured wings, realized this but couldn’t react in ti, and Udi closed in on it.
The massive black dragon wings were like tallic scythes, carving a huge gash across the Griffin’s body, causing blood to flow incessantly.
Udi gave the Griffin no chance to react, a dragon claw struck its forehead fiercely, giving it a concussion. The massive beast body plumted downwards, and another acidic dragon breath was spewed onto the falling Griffin’s body, engulfing it.
With a boom, the massive Griffin body crashed heavily into the stream, raising a gigantic water column.
In the sky above, Udi opened his gaping dragon mouth and swallowed the Eye of the Storm, now greatly diminished in power, into his belly.
He burped~
A few tiny wind blades ’escaped’ from Udi’s mouth.
Feeling a piercing pain within his body, Udi grinned.
Spicy food, it really kicks in.
The storm magic domain gradually collapsed after the disappearance of the Eye of the Storm, and the scattered wind blades faded into nothingness without the support of a power source.
Udi glanced at the mottled drops of dragon blood on his dragon body, and many dragon scales had cracks from the wind blades.
Injured.
After all, the Griffin had studied its spell-like abilities for decades or even centuries, and as a Level 10 Black Dragon, not getting a little hurt would be quite disrespectful.
The massive black dragon body descended into the stream, grabbed the severely injured and unconscious Griffin, and then flew back to the Mountain Wall Cave Nest of the Griffin.
But from now on, this cave nest would belong to Udi.
....
"Submit, or die?"
Inside the cave, the robust Black Dragon’s claw was on the Griffin’s head, asking in a cold tone.
The Griffin woke up in pain, feeling fortunate to still be alive, but imdiately realized the presence of the Black Dragon before it.
Facing the Black Dragon’s threat of death, the Griffin, having experienced death once, hesitated for a few seconds before lowering its proud head.
It declared submission.
Udi was pleased with this and the prepared Dragon Scale Contract turned into a black light that rged into the Griffin’s head, transforming its bloodline.
However, as an Advanced Demon, its Biological Level was even three levels higher than Udi’s, so the transformation wasn’t too intense. Monts later, the Griffin’s appearance was virtually unchanged from before, except it now bore Udi’s bloodline aura.
"Master, Bley pledges loyalty to you," the Griffin ’Bley’ said respectfully to Udi, struggling to support its scarred lion-like body.
"It even speaks the Common Language, and has a na," Udi remarked with so surprise.
Interdiate Demons have wisdom comparable to ordinary humans, and Advanced Demons have wisdom greater than ordinary humans, but generally, Interdiate and Middle-High Level Demons usually do not actively learn the Common Language, nor do they often have nas.
"I had signed a contract with a human girl before and grew with her for over a decade, she taught the Common Language back then, and she gave my na," Bley said with a hint of reminiscence and sighed.
"Unfortunately, Bana’s family suffered from oppression by a high-ranking noble, intending to offer as a price. Bana secretly inford of it and dissolved the contract, setting free... I wonder how Bana is now..."
"A rather eventful past," Udi chuckled, glancing at the pitifully sentintal Griffin.
Seeing that the master did not seem interested in delving into these matters, Bley left the cave with so reluctance.
The cave is now the master’s Dragon Nest, but as for it?
It will dig another one at an adjacent mountain wall at will.
Udi spared the Griffin because he wanted it to guard his Dragon Nest. This way, when he’s asleep or if an enemy attacks, the Griffin can handle the trouble for him. Even if it can’t, it will at least buy Udi so ti to react.
Most slightly powerful dragons would recruit so formidable demons to serve as Dragon Nest Guards.
So terrifyingly powerful Ancient Dragons even have fellow Giant Dragons willingly helping to guard their Dragon Nests and becoming Dragon Nest Guards.
And so, Udi settled down in the Gorge Cliff Cave, several hundred kiloters away from the Black Blood Valley.
The day after settling down, Udi’s Dragon-blooded Maid Corps arrived at the new territory to continue caring for their Dragon Master’s daily needs.
Apart from the thirteen Dragon-blooded Maids, ten male human servants also followed to this place.
Although they hadn’t undergone Dragon Blood Transformation by Udi, their proximity to Udi over several months had imbued them with Udi’s aura, turning them into weak-blooded Dragon Descendants.
Udi didn’t mind these male servants and left their managent to his Maid Chief, Sofia.
....
"You five, go chop wood; the rest, build the log cabin,"
Below the Mountain Wall Dragon Nest, 500 ters on the ground, a tall and outstandingly beautiful woman, with an alluring figure and lustrous long brown hair, directed the male servants with a calm deanor and sparkling eyes.
Months ago, Sofia was just a girl over 1.6 ters, with a few freckles on her face, and can be considered barely above average in looks.
Months later, Sofia had transford into a confident and strong-willed tall beauty.
This drastic change was half due to the authority granted by her master, and the other half from the power bestowed upon her by her master.
The Dragon Descendant male servants, upon receiving their tasks, dispersed to carry out their duties, showing no resentnt or dissatisfaction.
Having survived the Slave Capture Team and now possessing a Dragon Descendant’s lifespan of hundreds of years along with newfound strength, all for just so labor, how could they complain?
They have no complaints or resentnt.
If Udi were willing, they would even compete to perform the Dragon-blooded Maid Corps’ massage duties, willingly dedicating themselves to their great Dragon Master.
This is no joke.
In the Human Realm, ordinary civilians mostly lead miserable lives, barely having enough to eat. Gaining power and authority is practically impossible in their lifeti, nor can their descendants break free from class constraints.
The nation’s power, authority, wealth, beauties—all are held by the nobility who treat commoners as their cattle and horses, to be driven at will.
For them, the main or even the sole way to move up the social ladder is for their children to have Professional talent, and then be taken by the nobility or Kingdom for training. If they survive the training, their commoner family may have a chance to escape their current class.
