It took Fu Zhu and the others a little over ten minutes to travel along the "Rainbow Bridge" from the Dawn Cloudseat to the Eye of Twilight, and that was only because none of them were ordinary people.
Otherwise, even with the bridge Fu Zhu had laid out, it would have taken a normal person the better part of an hour to make the climb.
Shaking off the fatigue from the ascent, the group stepped into a ruined corridor in the Eye of Twilight and began to survey their surroundings.
Although Hyacine was a descendant of the Skyfolk, she too had never seen the true Eye of Twilight. All her knowledge of it ca from books.
Stelle's gaze swept across the area. All she could see were crumbling walls and broken ramparts. Only the exquisitely carved patterns on the remaining marble pillars testified to the once-dazzling and advanced civilization that had existed here in the sky.
"So this is the Eye of Twilight? I thought it would be so kind of bizarre structure. It just looks like any other city ruin," Stelle said, a little disappointed. She had been hoping a city in the sky might be a starship, sothing akin to a Xianzhou. But in the end, it was just a city, and for the mont, she couldn't see any technology more advanced than what they had on the ground.
"Tis have changed, Grayie," Hyacine said. Though she was just as unfamiliar with the Sky Kingdom of the past, as a descendant, she still felt the need to speak up for her ancestors' forr ho.
Stelle just chuckled in response and didn't press the matter.

While the two were talking, Fu Zhu had already opened his minimap to check their surroundings. To avoid being ambushed by any long-range attacks, he had specifically zood the map out to its maximum extent. Soon, a very bright red marker appeared on the otherwise empty map, indicating a hostile entity.

This was the first ti he had seen a Titan with two distinct nas.
Previously, when he'd heard Cerydra speak of the Sky Titan, she had called it Aquila. That matched the second na, but who was Seliose?
When in doubt, ask.
Fu Zhu turned his head towards Hyacine. "Hyacine, does the Sky Titan have two nas?"
Hyacine was a bit puzzled by the question, but she still shook her head honestly to deny it.
"The Sky Titan has only ever been known as Aquila... Hmm, Fu-bao, the other na you ntioned, is it by any chance Seliose?"
Fu Zhu nodded.
Hyacine's expression imdiately beca one of dawning realization. Seeing her look, March 7th quickly pressed for more information.
"Hyacine, is there sothing special about the na Seliose?"
Hyacine nodded and began to explain Seliose's history to the group.
"A long, long ti ago, before Teacher Tribbie had even begun her journey, the first hero, Seliose, stood right here and declared war on Aquila, turning the first page in humanity's Fla-Chase Journey."
Her explanation was brief, but it was clear enough for everyone to understand the significance of the na Seliose.
However, it still didn't explain what Fu Zhu had ntioned. Stelle and the others were still a bit confused, and Hyacine had yet to clarify that point.
"But what does that have to do with what he just said about the Sky Titan having two nas?"
"Legend says that in those days, the children of the sky were mired in constant civil war. Unable to bear the endless conflict among her people, Seliose aid her spear at the Titan high above. She then joined forces with her two winged-beast companions to push the enraged Titan to its breaking point. Together, they all vanished at the edge of the sky. But she was unable to finish the Titan and reclaim the Corefla. So say she sealed the god's wrath with her own body, imprisoning it here, within the Eye of Twilight."
"Perhaps the hero Seliose from back then has already rged with the Titan, which would be why Fu-bao said the Titan has two nas."
Still, Hyacine remained curious. How did Fu Zhu know this? He clearly didn't even know the origin of Seliose's na, yet he had bluntly pointed out that the Sky Titan now possessed "two nas."
Fu Zhu noticed the curious gaze Hyacine was directing his way. Without offering much of an explanation, he simply said, "Don't underestimate my ability to gather information."
Hearing this, Hyacine could guess that Fu Zhu had his reasons for not elaborating, so she let the matter drop with a cheerful smile.
"Right, Fu-bao is amazing!"
Fu Zhu couldn't help but touch his nose, feeling a bit helpless.
Why does it feel like she's placating a child? Maybe Hyacine would make a great kindergarten teacher in the future.
"Ahem, let's go. Let's see what the Sky Titan has beco."
"Okay, I'll lead the way for everyone," Hyacine chirped. As a descendant of the Skyfolk and the one most familiar with the Eye of Twilight, she naturally took on the role of guide, leading the group forward through the ruins.
After a short while, they passed through a narrow corridor and reached its end. They found themselves in a place that resembled an observation deck, but directly in front of them was not a scenic view, but a pitch-black, ink-like barrier.
Dan Heng glanced from side to side and realized the barrier was a curved surface that wrapped around them in a more than 270-degree arc. Moreover, he could faintly sense that sothing within that black screen was watching them.
Stelle and March 7th had the sa feeling. The two of them instinctively edged closer to Fu Zhu. The forr frowned and muttered, "Why does it feel like we're being followed..."
Hearing Stelle's words, Dan Heng asked with so surprise, "You feel it too?"
Stelle, March 7th, Hyacine, and Phainon all nodded.
Fu Zhu and Khaslana, however, kept their eyes locked on the inky black barrier before them. Fu Zhu noticed that the usually silent Khaslana was just as focused on it as he was. He raised an eyebrow and asked, "Not going to offer so pointers?"
Khaslana glanced at Fu Zhu, his voice raspy.
"Do you need pointers?"
"Indeed, I do not."
Fu Zhu grinned and pulled a diamond pickaxe from his inventory, his eyes fixed on the barrier.
For a Minecraft player, no matter the difficulty, the first thing to do is always simple!
Go up and give it a couple of slaps. If you can't win, you can talk strategy later. If you can win, then just beat it to death!
"When I run into guys who like to hide and skulk, I usually just enjoy tearing their cover down directly!"
With that, Fu Zhu flew forward, slamming the pickaxe directly into the barrier. As the pickaxe made contact, ripples spread out from the point of impact like waves on water.
Chain Reaction Destruction, activate!
