A mouthful of tea, along with a few tea leaves, sprayed from Jing Yuan's mouth. He then frantically wiped the corner of his lips with the back of his hand.
Fu Xuan, sitting to the side, witnessed this scene and, with a very pleased expression, lifted her teacup to take a delicate sip.
Jing Yuan, whose heart had been thrown into a slight panic by the bad news Fu Xuan had brought, managed to calm down a little upon seeing her drink her tea so composedly. However, his face still held a hint of resentnt.
"Lady Fu, you're so calm. You must have already co up with a way to resolve this?"
"I have not! The opponent is an Emanator of Destruction, and I am not an Emanator of The Hunt. Even if I were, this matter would not be so easily solved."
"Then why are you drinking tea so calmly?"
"I just saw the General drinking his tea with such composure and felt it was a bit unbalanced, that's all."
Hearing this, the look of resentnt on Jing Yuan's face deepened.
Conversely, it was Fu Zhu, listening to their conversation from the side, who couldn't help but feel a little surprised.

Hearing Fu Xuan's gentle words, Jing Yuan felt a surge of imbalance in his own heart.

Jing Yuan picked up his teacup, took a very composed sip of tea, and a faint smile returned to his lips.
"Little friend Fu Zhu, there is no need to be overly anxious, actually…"
Fu Xuan's eyes flickered over at that mont. Seeing Jing Yuan once again lift his teacup to drink, she very appropriately interjected again.
"Oh, I forgot to ntion, General. According to the information Fu Zhu brought back, the Alchemy Commission has most likely been turned to her side by Phantylia."
"Pfft—!"
Another mouthful of tea was spat onto the floor. Veins popped on Jing Yuan's forehead as he wiped the corner of his mouth with the back of his hand, a smile on his face that didn't reach his eyes.
"Lady Fu, if you have any other important matters, why don't you just say them all at once? There's no need to wait specifically for when I'm drinking tea to speak."
Fu Xuan shook her head with a smile. "You are slandering this one, General. This one has no such malicious intentions. I certainly did not develop a sense of imbalance after being frightened by this news earlier, only to turn around and find the General sleeping comfortably."
You absolutely are feeling unbalanced!
Jing Yuan and Fu Zhu both couldn't help but complain internally. Xing said it out loud directly.
"You're definitely feeling unbalanced!"
Hearing this remark, Fu Xuan's willow-like brows shot up. But when she turned her head and saw that the one who had complained was Xing, those brows relaxed again.
This is my future little sister, I mustn't get angry!

Jing Yuan let out a helpless sigh. He picked up the cup, which now contained only a single mouthful of tea, preparing to take a sip to calm his nerves. This ti, however, he was more cautious. As he brought the cup to his lips, he glanced over at Fu Xuan.
Sure enough, the mont he looked, he found Fu Xuan staring intently at him, looking as if she was ready to speak at any mont.
Fine, there will be no tea for today.
Jing Yuan sighed again, put down the teacup, and turned to Fu Xuan with narrowed eyes.
"Lady Fu, whatever other bad news you have, just lay it all out at once. I think I can handle it."
Seeing her plan had been exposed, Fu Xuan sighed with so regret, but her words remained rciless as she continued to troll Jing Yuan.
"General, even if you can't handle it and fall into a Mara-Struck state, it's fine. What I'm about to say this ti is good news. Fu Zhu is able to cure the Mara-Struck, and he has received a blessing of Abundance because of it. So even if the General were to beco Mara-Struck, Fu Zhu could save you and you could continue to preside over the great affairs of the Luofu."

Hearing the sound, Xing couldn't help but praise him, "As expected of the General, your bones are amazing!"
Jing Yuan paid no mind to Xing's comnt, his face still serious as he stared at Fu Zhu.
"Little friend Fu Zhu, is what Lady Fu says true?"
Fu Zhu nodded honestly in acknowledgnt. "Yes. General, you should be able to sense the blessing of Abundance on ."
Jing Yuan closed his eyes and sensed for a mont. It was indeed as Fu Zhu and Fu Xuan had said. The aura of Abundance on Fu Zhu was currently very distinct. Perhaps because he had only just received the blessing, it was easy to perceive.
This revelation made Jing Yuan involuntarily raise a hand to rub his brow, sighing. "Lady Fu, ah, I'm afraid this doesn't count as good news. Compared to the previous two problems, this one is much better to deal with, however."
Fu Xuan was a little puzzled and asked, "Why do you say that, General?"

Fu Zhu naturally nodded and agreed.
"Mm, I understand the stakes involved."
"Good. Then let's get back to the previous two matters. Compared to the betrayal of the Alchemy Commission… a single Emanator of Destruction is far more troubleso."
The lurking Emanator of Destruction was like a poison that had yet to take effect. Once it erupted, it could very well be fatal for the Luofu, especially since the enemy was also holding a Stellaron!
