Without hesitation, QM Mojie activated both his defensive and movent ultimate skills. His tendrils glowed as he appeared within the watery curtain in the air.

His reaction speed was fast enough, but even with the protective shield around him, it shattered. A massive tear opened on his body, nearly splitting him in two. His health dropped to 20%, and the ongoing damage kept ticking down, spiraling down rapidly.

Frost Deer’s healing skill landed on Mojie imdiately, pulling his dangerously low health back up, but then it started running for its life. After all, SS Rita and QM Rita had been targeting it from the start—they had rely passed by Mojie on the way.

The long sword and dragon spine sword swung toward Frost Deer from both sides.

But in the blink of an eye, Frost Deer and Quiet Mountain JE had swapped places. JE stepped forward, taking the blow for Frost Deer.

The semi-transparent wind whale in the sky passed by with a gust of wind, unscathed!

By the ti JE appeared, the two attacks were already impossible to dodge, but QM Rita imdiately reached out with her left hand. A hooked chain shot from her palm, reaching Frost Deer’s antlers with near-instantaneous speed, pulling it down.

Frost Deer, now bound, had its movent skills sealed. As it fell, QM Rita and SS Rita’s weapons were already poised, as though the deer had voluntarily offered itself to their blades.

The sound of a deer’s call echoed over the battlefield, and Rita understood—it was a curse from The Mountainbound.

QM Mistblade called out, "Stop running, gather and attack!"

QM Tune, who had just managed to reach her vicinity, responded, "You go first."

QM Mistblade retorted, "JE! Keep it occupied!"

In that mont, Rita was moved—QM Mistblade had learned to command on the fly and was even using professional terms.

But this wasn’t really a ga...

Just then, JE’s respiratory vents released a massive jet of water, and Rita, QM Rita, QM Maple Syrup, and QM Cicada found themselves suddenly hurtling toward JE.

Rita’s rational mind was still intact, but she couldn’t get far from JE. Whenever she tried to attack, her strikes would end up hitting JE instead. Even when attempting to target distant players with sword beams, the attacks would loop around and hit JE.

Rita: "..."

At that mont, Rita truly empathized with all the bosses she had once fought in the ga. She had been "held" by the enemy.

All those years of thinking, "If I were the boss, I’d definitely target the healer first" turned out to be entirely untrue.

The mind control effect eventually wore off, and the coins that had been floating around the three Quiet Mountain players flew back to Rita’s side. She didn’t rush to attack, and the coins didn’t fly off imdiately either.

Despite the urgency of the situation, all the players were eyeing the recovering QM Rita, and even Rita herself was curious to observe her other self.

QM Rita reached up, her thumb and middle finger pinching the sides of her mask. She slowly removed it and said, "You’ll pay the price for your arrogance. I’ll show you what it ans to be the ruler of Quiet Mountain!"

Rita almost pulled out her notebook to jot it down, but the mont wasn’t right. She rely tilted her head toward her dragon wings and muttered, "Rember this line. Next ti I hit second phase, I’m using this one! If it doesn’t have the right level of drama, I’m not saying it."

The tips of the dragon wings flapped several tis, as if saying, "Got it, boss."

QM Rita: "..."

QM Mistblade glanced at QM Maple Syrup with her eyes, silently asking: Which one of them is more infuriating?

QM Maple Syrup’s gaze flickered between the two Ritas, before finally exhaling a sharp puff of smoke and shaking her head. "They’re equally frustrating."

However, only QM Frenzied Shark remained focused on the task at hand. He shouted, "Cancel the extra setting you added!"

QM Frost Deer and the others also urged QM Rita to cancel the rules she had set.

Although so players were absent when QM Rita made the change, the mont they entered Midsumr, they received the notification:

[New Setting Loaded: Those who die in ’Midsumr’ today will be permanently dead.]

Everyone knew this was QM Rita’s asure to prevent SS Rita from being revived in Star Sea after death.

This would be fine, except that every ti a new Apostle of God arrived, SS Rita would add a new rule with a skill:

[Anyone who dies in ’Midsumr’ will be forbidden from using resurrection skills.]

This essentially shut down all resurrection thods for players outside Midsumr, leaving no loopholes.

These two were together, with no regard for anyone else’s life or death!

But SS Rita’s rule skill wasn’t a big deal. They had the ans to remove it. Frost Deer could even cancel out group rules, and the issue lay with QM Rita’s setting.

The "Extra" rule she wrote was unsolvable.

No one knew the exact limitations of QM Rita’s Extra. While she occasionally ntioned how many modifications she could make, players had privately kept track. Sotis she could create several rules in one day, other tis only one.

Perhaps it depended on the difficulty of the Extra, the protagonist, or its usage.

But no Quiet Mountain Apostle of God had ever been able to undo the "Extra" she wrote.

Hearing QM Frenzied Shark’s words, QM Rita didn’t stop her actions, completely ignoring him.

She relaxed her palm, and the mask naturally dropped. As it hit the ground, it transford into thousands of chains that spread outward, climbing up along the edge of the watery curtain. Soon, the entire battlefield was trapped in a cage, with a black chain shooting up from the top of the cage and connecting to Rita’s heart.

Having experienced the effect of this Demon Relic countless tis in the Demon Ga, Rita knew exactly what was happening. She even knew which skill QM Rita had just activated.

Skill: Who’s in the Cage— With a certain chance, when attacking, the attacker’s health will match that of the target.

In other words, if she killed her opponent with a final blow that triggered the effect of this relic, she would die alongside her target at the mont of the kill.

The most infuriating thing about this skill was its randomness.

If there were certainty—like syncing health when it was below 5%—it wouldn’t be unsolvable.

QM Rita charged to the front once again.

The "Extra" rule she had written applied to all the players on the field, and she ignored the requests from her "teammates" without hesitation. She didn’t bother to stay at the back either.

She had completely lost her mind, and although the Quiet Mountain players were angry at her disregard for everyone’s safety, they had no ground to criticize her. After all, she was ignoring her own life just as much.

She charged straight toward SS Rita, using all sorts of skills that required health sacrifices to lower her health further. By the ti she reached SS Rita, her health had dropped to just 5%.

With a slash of her long sword, she spoke to her other self, "How about we go to hell together?"
