Now reading: Chapter 1325 1325: 1326: Divine Game: Graveyard of Bones 47 from This Life, I Will Be the Protagonist, a Drama novel by Catlove12Fish.

"She can't stand a life where nothing happens. Peaceful days, peaceful relationships… to her, they're like flowers without fragrance."

Even after leaving Lynx Duke's Graveyard of Bones, Rita kept thinking about that line.

It sounded like sothing a drunkard would say.

When Lynx Duke said it, Rita had noticed where her gaze landed. But when she asked what price she would have to pay to see Deceitful Bloom's fairy tale, Lynx Duke refused.

She said, "Stories about gods can only be read by gods. Co back when you beco one."

Just thinking about that made Rita annoyed. She muttered to B80 on her shoulder, "Then how does she have the nerve to ask about Deceitful Bloom?"

B80 had its own complaint. "She made peel so many grapes and didn't even eat them. What was the point?"

That annoying habit of hers was exactly like Lightchaser.

But they quickly dropped the topic, because sothing more serious demanded their attention.

The Graveyard of Bones had changed.

The thick fog that had covered the entire map was gone. Above Rita, a strange mark appeared, like a spotlight casting a beam directly onto her.

This had to be the second phase QM Foolishness ntioned.

Quiet Mountain players could now track Starsea players through these marks.

Rita didn't let her guard down. Last ti in Quiet Mountain, she had survived a siege using an enhanced Wildfire Reignite.

But she knew sothing more important.

Starsea had always lost to Quiet Mountain.

From Lynx Duke, she learned that ever since Quiet Mountain's gods changed their Divine Ga into a demon ga, Starsea had never won again.

The King was the oldest being she knew, yet even his era was already the third chaotic era of Starsea.

Back in the Quiet Mountain ga, their players had already begun comprehending divine talent words before Starsea. Even if only three had touched the threshold at the ti…

So much ti had passed. Starsea players could improve, but there was no reason Quiet Mountain players would stand still.

Rita looked at her own divine talent word.

Incomplete Divine Talent — Sovereign (Progress 60 percent, Soul Fla 50 out of 60)

Ability One Save and Load

Save a tiline. Sovereign can select a target and swap them with their counterpart from the saved tiline. If used on herself, she can summon her alternate self.

Ability Two Settings

As Sovereign, she can define rules. Soul Fla cost depends on the scale. The cost remains locked until the rule is removed.

There was still no third ability. The progress was stuck at 60 percent.

Was the concept too vast? Or did she need to find more versions of herself?

The lightning dagger at her waist dispersed into a thousand-ter-wide storm, acting as surveillance.

anwhile, B80 had already compiled the key information from the battlefield chat.

When players entered a god's burial ti, they received no updates. Everyone was blind.

But against Quiet Mountain, all Starsea players were natural allies, so critical information was still shared for those who returned.

The more Rita listened, the colder her expression beca.

All bad news.

"All Quiet Mountain players have over 90 percent progress in their divine talent words.

"22 Starsea players withdrew after dying twice.

"On Day 16, all Starsea players were marked. Quiet Mountain began coordinated hunts. One Starsea player was killed 10 tis and transferred. When that happened, all players of the sa race received a prompt asking if they wanted to transfer as well."

"So far, 19 players have transferred. It's unclear how many were voluntary. Only 8 left a ssage saying sorry."

"On Day 17, a Starsea god was summoned and responded. But at the sa mont, a Quiet Mountain god also descended."

Nineteen players. Out of only 167 total.

Rita had t Lynx Duke on Day 15 at 11 PM and stayed six days. It was now Day 21, 11:30 PM. Eight days remained.

How many more would waver?

No wonder Starsea had once said sothing so laughable.

But for many, a broken Starsea was hardly a ho.

Every player here was a leader of their world.

So, like Maple Syrup, valued race and honor above life. Others prioritized survival and continuation.

Two nas surfaced in her mind: Dark Reef Quex, Lania Kaia Wither.

If they were here, they would probably leave without hesitation.

Rita asked, "Anyone I know?"

B80 quickly checked. "No."

The mont she heard that, Rita's tense expression softened. She even smiled faintly.

Not a good thought… hoping others stayed trapped with her. But she couldn't lie to herself.

B80 tried to understand. "I thought you didn't care about Starsea."

"Yeah." Rita didn't deny it.

She thought of Foolishness.

Back then, even with no future left, that Foolishness hadn't led her people away from Starsea. Why?

"…It just feels wrong to give up."

Leaving with your people felt like surrender.

Players at this level had already done everything for their race. At the end, couldn't they be selfish once?

Then let them all be buried in Starsea together.

Sothing like that.

But she also respected those who chose to be killed and transfer. It wasn't right or wrong. If she were their people, she would feel gratitude and respect.

Then a thought hit her.

World Graveyards.

At first, she thought it would be hard for Quiet Mountain to gather 100 of them to form one Order Badge. After all, each kill only dropped one.

And Starsea players could quit the ga after one or two deaths.

But now…

Quiet Mountain would definitely have enough.

At least 190 World Graveyards. Possibly more from additional kills.

They might already have ford two Order Badges. And there were still eight days left.

Combined with what QM Foolishness said about gods filling the final slots…

And the ten Quiet Mountain players present at the start…

For a mont, Rita even overturned her earlier assumption.

Order Badges might not determine qualification for the final match.

They might determine who gets to ascend as gods in the final battle.
