Their cells now sat vacant.

Far too slow.
At this rate, how could Starsea Prisoner seize control of the entire prison before ti ran out?
Rita opened her strange book once more.
Rita (Starsea): Prison 8017 contains one hundred million cells. We don’t have enough people.
