Every ti the wielder makes a choice against their instincts, one special bullet will be reloaded.
If no special bullets remain, Dull Ga cannot fire.

Definitely a powerful buff. The only flaw? If she ever needed to hit soone with a blank for a rewind effect, having "Arrogance" loaded could get in the way.
"Foolishness" wouldn’t do much if it hit soone else, but "Arrogance"? That could flip the whole ga.
But she couldn’t give up the blank bullet. A well-tid rewind could bait out an enemy’s ultimate.
She opened the chamber and tested whether she could remove "Arrogance."
It ca out easily. Good. If she needed to use a blank on soone else, she could remove "Arrogance" ahead of ti while keeping "Foolishness" in.
Just then, a nearby player spotted the hidden cat and charged in, trying to kill her.
Rita turned around and let out a practiced "ow~."
The player imdiately stopped, a creepy smile spreading across their face.

Rita shivered, bolted, and got the hell out of there.
