But why would the Wild Boar People Grassland sacrifice children?

Rica did not return to the Royal Palace last night but stayed at the King’s Inn, to deal with any changes that might occur after Lin Ke’s absence, and hadn’t communicated much this morning.
"There’s a lead." Lin Ke nodded slightly, writing the numbers "1, 5, 8" on the palm of Rica’s hand.
The Eldest Prince, Fifth Prince, and Eighth Prince!
Rica’s expression changed slightly.
Although she wasn’t as naive as when she was a child, she often felt that her brothers and sisters were generally kind.
