The card Li Pu revealed was also a mushroom card.

After nurous enhancents following the update, it finally presented a brand new look.

Card Master Teacher's ghostly card deck has a flaw that's hard to call a flaw.
Or put another way, the path to gaining an advantage against this deck is quite clear.
One must bring out cards with ranged attack capabilities.
Because the defensive ability of the three front cards under the effect of [King Tiger Ghostly] is too strong, only by bypassing those three cards protected by the [Ghostly King Support] can more damage be inflicted.

Its advantage lies in the ability to quickly raise health points before the enemy acts.
But its flaw is it's ineffective on a fully-healed card since it only results in overhealing.
You could say, [Ergency] and [Healing] are both recovery thods, but their pros and cons are exactly reversed.
The good news for Li Pu is that this [Ergency Ghostly] has no energy, and it will take another two turns to use healing, so he still has a chance to launch an attack.
So when the action phase ca, both made their choices.
Li Pu had [Cannon Mushroom] lose 40 health to attack, dealing 25 damage to [Sharp Ghostly] and 50 to the card behind it.
[Vine Mushroom] and [Wooden Mushroom] attacked [King Tiger Ghostly], dealing 20 damage.
[Shield Mushroom] chose to consu all energy, activating the [Defense] skill that provides all friendly mushroom cards a 50% damage reduction.
As for Card Master Teacher's side, [Sharp Ghostly] was under the influence of [Entangle], unable to attack.
[Ergency Ghostly] needed to stay still to charge up energy, so no attack.
[King Tiger Ghostly] used its skill to lose 20 health and attack [Wooden Mushroom] and [Vine Mushroom], dealing 15 damage to each.
[Ghostly Little Girl] attacked, dealing 5 damage to [Wooden Mushroom].

Card Master Teacher didn't feel anything was wrong with this outco.
In a 9 1 card ga, it takes 7 turns just to reveal all the normal cards, and a re 2 turns can't indicate much.

Li Pu didn't reply as he didn't have much of an advantage that turn either.
Using a not-so-comprehensive and accurate asure, it was clear.
His side's total damage was 165, while Card Master Teacher's side had 185, a difference of only 20—an unimpressive advantage.
More crucially, [Shield Mushroom] will lack energy to use its skill in the next turn.
The opponent's [Sharp] will break free from control and can penetrate defenses.
The only consolation is that [King Tiger Ghostly] can't attack in the next turn.
So as the action phase ended, the substitution phase began.
During the substitution phase, Li Pu spent so ti deliberating.
Card Master Teacher also made so moves on his side.
First, he substituted the card with only 50 health left for a 1-point value card.
After the version update, the newly added substitution phase greatly weakened the [Piercing] effect of cards like [Cannon Mushroom].
The specific reason being instances like the above.
After painstakingly firing two shots, ending up only removing a 1-point discarded card is a bit of a loss.
So, unless it's a direct knockout, prematurely attacking a face-down card can lead to similar situations.
