And it has two major synergy effects.
Firstly, it enhances orc cards; if the regular cards are all orcs, then along with Orc Chieftain itself, it gains a total of 70 attack buff, which is a significant boost.
Secondly, it boosts Breakthrough cards; it's known that Breakthrough cards require attack to regain energy. The Orc Chieftain makes the normal attacks twice, effectively doubling the energy recovery rate under normal conditions.
If nothing unexpected, A Genliang's deck probably consists entirely of orc cards with a significant portion being Breakthrough cards, fully utilizing the buff provided by Orc Chieftain.
The summon card doesn't need much explanation, D-level Breakthrough type [Orc Minion] only has 20 life, but with the buff, its attack increases from 10 to 20, making it quite threatening.
Lastly, this [Orc Chieftain] also has superb endurance ability. If not using [Call for Backup], theoretically its [Ancestor Protection] can provide 2 turns of 2/3s high coverage every 3 turns.
In front of such a card, Li Pu's C-level [Kung Fu Horse] really doesn't stand out.
