Yan Ling, with Beginner Forging Level 6 and Beginner Cooking Level 3 abilities, could produce white-quality equipnt or food.
Although her abilities were not very strong, the advantage was that she was cheap enough.

Hang Yu did not want to frequently change his chief Forger either.
