No matter his status or strength, in theory, he should still be above Wen Xishu.

Because right now, after all, he's no longer Liu Zhizai.

Everyone's a deceased; no one can do anything to anyone, so Liu Zhizai becos confident.
Wen Xishu said:
"I need to know why you're wearing Mr. Jin's appearance, why your na isn't on the death register, yet Liu Zhizai, why are you here?"
Liu Zhizai was no longer afraid, frowned, and said:
"It's absurd. I don't understand what you're saying. I am Jin Zhenyuan, not Liu Zhizai."
Wen Xishu applauded:
"Alright, alright, do you think I can't do anything to you?"
Liu Zhizai said:
"Do you think this is a Deceit Tower or a Bunker? This is the Netherworld! Even if a god, even if the god with a drawn bow and arrow, if I desecrate him here, he can't do anything to , let alone you?"
Wen Xishu said nothing more, suddenly appearing next to Liu Zhizai.
Then he patted Liu Zhizai's shoulder, the pat carrying an implied strength, but to outsiders appeared like old friends catching up.

Liu Zhizai dared not speak further.
Wen Xishu broke Netherworld's rules?
How could that be possible?
Things beyond normal logic made Liu Zhizai's brain a bit chaotic.
By the ti he reacted, Wen Xishu already took him outside the building.
Then, under Wen Xishu's restraint, Liu Zhizai was forcibly brought to a basent with few spiritual bodies.
Wen Xishu said:

"Now, you must answer my questions. If you don't want your soul to scatter, if you still want to receive that rit, to be a carefree dead in the Netherworld, you'd best answer every one of my questions truthfully."
Liu Zhizai really wanted to refuse, but as the words reached his mouth, he still said:
"You… what do you want to know?"
Wen Xishu said:
"Tell , is Jin Zhenyuan dead or not?"
Liu Zhizai hesitated no longer and actually blurted out:
"Dead, Mr. Jin is dead, went to the Lower Spirit District!"
The Lower Spirit District is really perilous, and Wen Xishu knows full well that going there ans truly no return.
Even for the Demon King, death is just a minute's matter down there.
So Wen Xishu dared not go to the Lower Spirit District.
"The founder of Bunker went to the Lower Spirit District? So many people respect him; how could he go there?"
"Moreover, Mr. Liu, your answers to my questions were overly hasty, making feel there's a problem."
Wen Xishu said:
"Do you know, I actually have a very special technique for gathering information in the Desire Tower."
"Coincidentally, this technique is also applicable in the Netherworld."
