Bunker second layer, the functional layer.
Ever since the level-six hospital appeared on the second layer of the bunker, the frequency of upper-class people visiting the lower layers increased considerably.
In a sense, this was a good thing, deepening the upper-class’s understanding of the lower-class. It prevented the upper-class from being completely out of touch.
