The room was left with only Gu Shengyin and Audrey.
Audrey had just witnessed the entire interaction between Gu Shengyin and Raymond.
She watched as Marshal Raymond, who stood high above everyone else, retreated again and again for the person in front of her.
It seed that in her presence, he was not the Marshal holding real power in the Empire, but just an ordinary man willing to make his fiancée happy.
Why is Tiana’s life so smooth?
Because people like her exist, others feel discontent.
What she had worked hard to pursue, others obtained effortlessly.
"Are you here to show off?" Audrey asked this question for the second ti.
Gu Shengyin looked around, seeming to want to find a place to sit, but unfortunately, found none.

Gu Shengyin leisurely looked at Audrey, sighed softly, and said, "Audrey, I really don’t understand why you’re always so sharp with your words. I’ve never wronged you."
Audrey snorted coldly without speaking.
Gu Shengyin continued, "Just like that one ti, you asked to et. I originally thought you truly wanted to make peace with , and I was happy. But you turned your gun on instead.
Audrey’s eyebrows twitched.
It was the craziest thing she had ever done in her life.
Looking back now, it was really stupid.
If she could choose once more, she certainly wouldn’t have behaved that way.
What if she couldn’t marry Prince Jonathan?
She could still live a life of luxury, and later et a man who would cherish her dearly.
Instead, she’s sitting in this little room with only one iron window, staring blankly at the sunlight outside all day long.
She’s long regretted it.
But regret is of no use.
Unless soone with enough power to influence the Empire Supre Court’s judgnt stands up for her.
