As he was thinking of what excuse to make, Gu Shengyin spoke up with a smile, “Why make it so complicated? I heard there’s a mission going out today, so I’ll take the initiative to volunteer. Let everyone have a look for themselves.”

It was obvious that the commander had deliberately omitted her level when introducing her, which most likely had special significance – after all, the Imperial Capital Base was indeed very strict with the vetting of special ability users.
