(Outer Periter Of Planet Satoru, Veyr and Yu Rulo's POV)
The mont Yu Rulo crushed the aura orb within his palm, a violent burst of divine power spilled outward from his hand and surged into the void ahead with a pressure so imnse that even seasoned veterans around him fell to their knees in weakness.
"What insane power...."
A Yu Clan Commander muttered, as he realized that this was not ordinary power being unleashed......
This was the wrath of a God compressed into one powerful attack
wave.
And as that expanding wave rolled toward the Cult fleet, it carried with it a suffocating pressure that made space itself seem unstable, as though even the stars beyond had dimd before its passing.
*FWOOSH*
Aboard Sparrow's flagship, the first impact arrived like a catastrophe.
The warship lurched violently.
Its hull groaned.
Warning signals scread through the cabin.
And n who had monts ago stood alert around Veyr dropped unconscious where they stood, unable to endure the pressure radiating through the vessel as the divine wave began swallowing the ship whole.
Panels burst apart overhead.
Mana circuits ruptured.
Entire control arrays sparked and failed.
And for one suspended mont, it seed as though both the
flagship and the fleet behind it would be erased together beneath a single divine strike.
Yet in that critical instant, Veyr acted to counter.
As rather than allowing the wave to pass through him and continue consuming the fleet, he pushed his own aura outward and forged a massive defensive field before the formation, as he created a massive aura shield to safeguard the n behind him.
*Tremble*
*Wobble*
The burden hit him like a collapsing mountain, as divine force hamred against his defenses while his ship began tearing apart around him, as within seconds the flagship erupted in fla because its fra could no longer contain what was coursing through it. *KABOOOM*
The vessel exploded.
Burning debris scattered through space.
And through that collapsing inferno, Veyr still remained suspended amidst fire and wreckage, as he continued absorbing the incoming force with gritted teeth while blood steadily rose in his throat.
However, while Veyr struggled to contain that wrath, Yu Rulo fared no better on his side, as channeling the aura of a God toward a chosen target was far more punishing than simply unleashing destruction without control.
To direct that power solely toward the Cult fleet while preventing it from spilling back upon his own formation demanded everything Yu Rulo had, as the strain made his mana circuits scream while he forced the divine force forward through sheer will.
"LET'S GO, CLAN MASTER!"
"DESTROY THEM ALL, LORD PATRIARCH!"
Voices erupted around him in wild celebration, because all they saw was Sparrow's flagship burning apart in the distance, while none of them yet understood what Veyr was enduring within that storm.
*Boom*
*Booom*
*Boom*
Then more ships behind Veyr began bursting apart one after another, as a few rogue strands of the divine force slipped past his containnt and tore into the rear formation despite his efforts.
Those scattered explosions sent fresh waves of triumph through the Yu Clan command vessels, because to them it looked as though the Cult line was finally collapsing exactly as they had hoped.
Cheers erupted.
Officers pounded consoles.
So shouted for the fleet to advance.
Others began hailing Yu Rulo already as the savior of the campaign.
"That is what defiance earns!"
"Crush them, Patriarch!"
"The Cult is finished!"
Their voices carried triumph long before victory had actually arrived.
And yet, as those celebrations rose, sothing strange began
revealing itself.
The chain destruction slowed.
Then weakened.
Then stopped altogether.
The divine wave had spent itself.
And where Yu Rulo expected thousands of drifting wrecks to remain-
Only a few ships were actually destroyed.
Seventy ships.
That was all.
Only seventy ships had been lost.
The rest of the Cult armada remained standing.
Damaged.
Shaken.
But alive.
And as that truth settled over the battlefield, the celebration inside
the Yu command ships began dying one stunned voice at a ti,
starting from Yu Rulo himself.
*Pant...*
*Pant...*
Blood spilled from his mouth as internal injuries finally surfaced,
while disbelief overtook the certainty he had carried into this
engagent.
"No... this cannot be..." he muttered, his voice cracking beneath shock.
"This is impossible..."
And then-
As the fire around Sparrow's destroyed flagship gradually thinned, and the smoke drifting through space began separating in slow spirals
A silhouette erged.
Veyr.
Still hovering there.
His robes hung in burned tatters.
The flesh of his upper torso rippled strangely with unstable invisible damage, as though even space around his wounds had not fully
settled.
His breathing was heavy.
His body had paid a price.
That much was unmistakable.
And yet, despite having endured the wrath of a God and shielding
nearly an entire fleet from destruction-
He still floated before them as though judgnt itself had arrived.
"Fuck , you cheeky bastards, how dare you use sothing so dirty
against my n...."
He muttered, as with every breath he took, his rage seed to increase progressively.
"I'm going to show you no rcy.....
He muttered next, as he finally lifted his gaze and locked it with Yu
Rulo at a distance.
The Yu Clan Patriarch could not understand what Veyr was muttering
and yet, just looking into his eyes sent a chill so terrifying down his
spine, that he started to visibly shudder.
Because in that suspended mont, he understood sothing
terrifying....
The rumors surrounding General Sparrow had never been inflated.
If anything-
They had failed to capture what he truly was.
"He's a Demi God.... But that's impossible..... but it's right before us.
That fucking monster is a Demi God!
The Evil Cult has a Demi God amongst their ranks!"
He said in terror, as he rushed to grab the command comms.
"This is Yu Rulo..... Lord Kiro if you hear this ssage, please co
save us...
The Cult has a Demi God!
Soone has betrayed us....
We are screwed.
Please co save us....
Or we will all soon be dead!"
