As while Transcendents could not regulate their blood pressure willingly, Monarch's could, granting them the ability to fly into space and withstand its insane cold and pressure difference.

As the only thing that restricted him from travelling between planets without a ship now, was the fact that he could not hold his breath for longer than 3-4 hours.

And that he still needed oxygen to breathe periodically.

However, apart from that, he was space ready, which was a big

milestone in itself.
