Of course. Regrettably, in reality, the precedents for the unlimited right to self-defense are far too few. Rarely do local courts dare to directly rule based on the unlimited right to self-defense.
"It’s worth ntioning that, during the trial phase, the opposing party..." Following that, Qin Mu briefly recounted how Director Chen had openly denounced the prosecutor in court. This incident was indeed unprecedented. In court, Director Chen had unleashed a tirade against the prosecutor, claiming the sentencing recomndation was too lenient and demanding it be changed to the death penalty. This matter also indirectly caused the prosecutor’s dissatisfaction, laying the groundwork for later cases. Director Chen at the ti probably never dread that the prosecutors for the next case would be the sa two people.
"After a prolonged trial and debate phase, the court eventually acquitted the bridesmaid. The judgnt explicitly stated..." Subsequently, Qin Mu made portions of the judgnt public. In the judgnt, it was determined that the wedding disturbers’ actions constituted a violent cri; thus, the bridesmaid’s resistance was judged as unlimited self-defense. Based on the corresponding criminal law, the bridesmaid was not required to bear any responsibility.
"Then cos the unlawful detention case..." After explaining the first case, Qin Mu proceeded to analyze the second. Director Chen and others were accused of illegal detention for blocking a door in the countryside. This criminal law is actually often overlooked by many people. Even blocking soone inside their ho constitutes illegal detention. The criteria for judging illegal detention solely depend on whether it infringes upon another’s freedom of movent. As long as another’s freedom is violated, it can be judged as illegal detention. And the criteria for recognizing illegal detention are very simple, only requiring custody for a full 24 hours, detaining three or more people at one ti, or committing illegal detention three or more tis.
Additionally, there’s the offense of "picking quarrels and provoking trouble," which falls under a catch-all legal article. It covers a wide range and prevents certain criminal actions from slipping through the cracks. For example, say Zhang San intentionally destroyed the glass of an office building and was prosecuted for vandalism by the public prosecution authority. However, Zhang San found a very impressive lawyer who proposed the defense that the local standard for filing vandalism cases required damages exceeding 2,000 Yuan. The glass Zhang San smashed, after appraisal, was valued at 1,999, not reaching the filing standard, so he argued he should be acquitted. This defense was logical and well-founded, and the public prosecution authority surprisingly could not refute it. In the end, with advice from an expert, the public prosecution authority took another route and chose to charge Zhang San with picking quarrels and provoking trouble.
According to criminal law, any behavior that fabricates excuses to cause trouble or causes trouble for no reason can be judged as picking quarrels and provoking trouble. Zhang San’s action of smashing the glass was clearly causing trouble for no reason—deliberate destruction. Obviously, it could constitute picking quarrels and provoking trouble. The charge of picking quarrels and provoking trouble has no monetary value requirent. And its sentencing is under five years, whereas the cri of vandalism carries a sentence of rely under three years of fixed-term imprisonnt. This legal maneuvering ultimately backfired. Zhang San tried to escape punishnt but instead faced a harsher penalty. This is the legislative intention of the cri of picking quarrels and provoking trouble: to cover certain criminal acts that might otherwise evade justice. So its maximum sentence limit is not three years, nor seven years, but five years.
"The last case is the indecency case." At this point, Qin Mu took a deep breath and briefly explained the legal articles and sentencing for the cri of indecency. This series of cases was all caused by wedding disturbances. Vulgar wedding disturbances occur nationwide; even in so major cities, one often sees news of such incidents. Most of these disturbers are young people who, using the excuse of attending a wedding, help create disturbances to satisfy their indecent desires. Because in such situations, they feel they can brazenly commit unlawful acts without worrying about being blad by others.
But in reality, the cri of indecency involved in vulgar wedding disturbances is never lightly punished. As long as it ets the two standards of involving a crowd and severe circumstances, the disturbers’ imprisonnt can exceed ten years! Severe circumstances involve many aspects of judgnt, such as a large number of victims or the perpetrators’ indecent actions being extrely excessive, involving insults, forced touching, and the like. In Huang Lan’s case, the perpetrators ticked nearly all the boxes. So, the nineteen wedding disturbers received sentences ranging from a minimum of ten years to a maximum of thirteen years of fixed-term imprisonnt!
"I hope that when you encounter similar situations in the future, you will actively use legal weapons to defend your own rights." At the end of the video, Qin Mu faced the cara and slowly said, "The main reason why certain criminal behaviors persist is that victims do not know how to resist, or do not know how to properly resist. This kind of indecent behavior, even once, can result in a ten-year sentence. If such severe sentences were handed down more frequently, the phenonon of wedding disturbances across the nation would definitely beco much more civilized."

Qing Lan was sitting in front of the cara, looking at the dark ga screen, her face red from being verbally lambasted by her four teammates. After starting the broadcast, she had habitually played a ranked match, planning to practice a new jungle hero. Then, due to reasons such as being out of practice, she once again achieved a remarkably poor performance and caused all three lanes to collapse. Through her "skills," she won heartfelt (and sarcastic) greetings from her teammates in all three lanes. Her teammates weren’t even guarding their own bases anymore. They stayed in the fountain, transford into rage beasts of Zaun, hurling various "greetings" at her.
"Here it cos again, a classic mont from Sister Lan; she gets flad every day."
"To be fair, although Sister Lan is a bit unskilled, aren’t these four teammates also at fault? They can’t even carry Sister Lan, so what right do they have to fla her?"
