Aurelia Shaw watched as the group left.
As they were leaving, their eyes secretly assessed her, seemingly speculating on her relationship with Mason Nightshade.
Aurelia placed the thermos down, sat on the sofa, and opened it.
The aroma ca wafting out imdiately.
Mason looked at Aurelia with a slight smile, unable to get enough of her. He both enjoyed this mont and felt a bit tornted.
With his wife right in front of him but unable to touch her, sigh, it was too unbearable.
"Are you planning to invest here?" Aurelia served Mason a bowl of soup.
Mason took it, drank a large gulp, and said, "Yes, I’ve been planning this for a while." Though primarily, it was to pave the way for his wife, "Now that I’m here, I might as well take this opportunity to settle things here."
"I heard Stephen is a tough nut to crack, not so easy to deal with." Aurelia said. Having been here for so ti, she had heard so things.

"You want to establish a new ’empire’ on Stephen’s territory?" Aurelia raised an eyebrow, she had to admit, Mason’s ambition was bold.
"There have been plenty with the sa idea over the years, many have tried, but why hasn’t a new ’entertainnt empire’ been established yet?
Stephen would never give a new ’empire’ the chance to establish itself.

A thorn may not be powerful, but it’s enough to make a giant uncomfortable, yet impossible to remove.
Mason could be that thorn.
That’s why Stephen agreed to cooperate with Mason.
Rather have that thorn in front of them than let it disappear out of sight.
Aurelia had to admit, in so ways, she and Mason were quite alike.
"Drink the soup." Aurelia said, "Not a drop can be left, or I won’t make soup for you again."
Mason raised an eyebrow, "Is this your way of courting ?" Isn’t this a bit forceful?
"It is." Aurelia nodded, "Haven’t I always been so assertive in chasing you?"
Mason thought for a mont, indeed it was so, he sighed, "So, when do you plan to pin down?"
"Mason, how can you be so spineless?" Aurelia chuckled.
This was sothing Mason usually said to Aurelia in bed, and now it was returned to him.
"Haven’t I always been this spineless?" Mason leaned in and whispered.
"I’ll leave the soup for you, I’ve got work to do, I’m leaving first." Before Mason could move closer, Aurelia abruptly stood up, then rembered sothing, "Oh right, there’s sothing I find a bit strange."
