Balthazar Shaw looked at her intently.
"Both of us are your daughters, are you sure you want to believe ?" Aurelia Shaw raised her eyebrow, her gaze unwavering on Balthazar Shaw.

When Balthazar Shaw said this, Clara Philips' expression montarily froze.
Aurelia Shaw didn't say anything, just took out her phone and dialed a number: "Hello, Teacher Yao? This is the sister of Jovana Shaw..."
Upon hearing Balthazar Shaw's words, Jovana Shaw was already gritting her teeth in hatred. Then hearing Aurelia Shaw ntion "Teacher Yao," her expression suddenly changed, and her heart skipped a beat, her eyes widening!

Jovana Shaw's heart was pounding like a drum, fixating on the phone, wanting nothing more than to snatch it from Aurelia's hand and smash it.

She had to maintain the image of a good girl in front of Dad.
On the other end of the line, sothing was said, and Aurelia Shaw responded with a couple of "hmm," her expression gradually turning grim, making Jovana Shaw nervously clutch her heart.
Aurelia Shaw turned her gaze to Balthazar Shaw, her expression more serious, "Teacher Yao wants to speak to you directly."
Balthazar Shaw, feeling puzzled, reached out to take the phone, but Aurelia Shaw simply turned on the speakerphone, placing it on the table for everyone in the restaurant to hear.
"Is this Mr. Shaw, Jovana's father?" a gentle voice ca through the phone.
Balthazar Shaw furrowed his brow in confusion and asked, "Yes, who is this?"
"I am Jovana's horoom teacher." The voice on the other end said, "This afternoon, Jovana wasn't feeling well and took half a day off, but there's sothing regarding her..."
Noticing the hesitation in Teacher Yao's words, Balthazar Shaw glanced at Jovana Shaw, who was sitting there with a flushed face and slightly stiff posture, and said, "Whatever it is, just tell directly."
Hearing this, Teacher Yao breathed a sigh of relief, "It's like this, Mr. Shaw. During a student council eting this afternoon, a group of people said Jovana owed them one million. They ca looking for her to repay the money, saying it was supposed to be transferred by 9 AM, but they haven't received it and haven't seen Jovana. They threatened to expose everything Jovana did to the whole world if she doesn't pay back the one million..."
At this point, Teacher Yao awkwardly coughed.
