Vianne Collins noticed Roy's stiff expression, and a suspicion arose in her heart. She looked at Aurelia Shaw and then at Roy, not sensing any connection between the two?
Originally, she had hoped Roy would give Aurelia Shaw a lesson, but now it seed unnecessary; they were all a bunch of useless wastrels.
"Don't just stand there, sit down quickly. Aurelia, co sit over here!" Vianne Collins deliberately pushed Aurelia Shaw towards the group of n.
Aurelia Shaw's eyes darkened slightly. When Vianne pushed her hand over, she discreetly sidestepped, giving a push to Vianne's waist, causing Vianne to stumble into the crowd.
"Oh, so you prefer to sit here." She arched her brows, smiling amicably, "Since you like it so much, I'll leave this spot for you."
Who wants to sit here!
Vianne tried to stand up, but the n around grabbed her, their grubby hands taking advantage of her.
Unable to take advantage of Aurelia, Vianne did have a bit of charm—a peripheral girl, after all, just to be enjoyed.
Vianne was so angry she gritted her teeth!
All of them seed like gentlen in public, yet they were so filthy in private. How disgusting! And they dared to use such hands to touch her!
She tried to get up, but her arms were tightly held, with one hand after another taking the chance to grope her waist as she was being pulled to sit down.
Vianne was furious.
Turning her gaze to Aurelia, who had a faint smile on her lips, her almond-shaped eyes glimring with a soft smile, ignoring the hostile stares from the won and the greedy looks from the n around her, she nonchalantly picked up her chopsticks to grab so food.
Vianne's eyes flickered, giving Mireille Taylor a look, and the latter imdiately understood, raising her glass to pour Aurelia a drink, dropping sothing into the wine when the latter wasn't looking.
"Aurelia, we haven't seen each other for so many years since school. Let toast you," Mireille said generously with a smile, "I rember in school, we were closest. When that thing happened, I was too young and scared, and didn't stand up to protect you. You don't bla , do you?"
"How could I? But…" Aurelia drew out her words, her eyes cooling slightly, "I was really a bit hurt by that incident back then. Since you sincerely apologize to , drink this glass as compensation."
"D-Drink…drink the wine." Mireille was a bit nervous.
She had tampered with this wine; how could she drink it?
"Hmm? You don't want to?" Aurelia Shaw slightly frowned, "Sigh, I thought you were sincerely apologizing to . It seems it was just empty words. A director recently asked if I had any friends interested in playing the second female lead in a drama. I was thinking of recomnding you after you drank this glass, but now… forget it."
Hearing this, Mireille was overjoyed; getting the second female lead role was much better than being a wild model. A few days ago, she had hooked up with the manager of DF Advertising Company, trading her body for an ad endorsent. But… wanting to enter the entertainnt industry, an ad endorsent wasn't enough.
She glanced at the wine in her hand, then looked at Aurelia Shaw's face showing regret. She gritted her teeth and downed the wine.
After drinking, she smiled at Aurelia, "How could I just be saying it? See, I drank the wine, so… about the second female lead…"
Aurelia took out a piece of paper with a phone number written on it and pushed it to Mireille, "Whether you get selected or not depends on you."
Noticing the eager gazes from those around her, Mireille quickly covered the business card and pocketed it.
Hmph, these little bitches thinking they could get sothing for nothing—she had paid a great price to get this opportunity. They must be dreaming!
