Aurelia Shaw knew what Andrew Kennedy was thinking.
He thought she was helping Eliza Fletcher now so Eliza Fletcher would be grateful to her. People never forget those who help or save them in tis of crisis. However, she helped Eliza Fletcher purely out of her own will and didn't expect to benefit from it.
