"Thanks to my face for still being of use." Aurelia chuckled, clearly not taking Viscount Zhou's teasing words to heart.
He often acted this way, and she had grown used to his antics.
The dishes were served quickly, and Aurelia couldn't help but laugh out loud at the plate of spicy crayfish.
She thought back to the last ti she ca here with Mason Nightshade.
At that ti, he ordered a whole table of spicy dishes, but when she said she couldn't eat spicy food, he ended up eating all the spicy dishes himself, and his lips were swollen by the ti they got ho.
"What's the matter?" Viscount Zhou asked, seeing her laugh so happily, and he felt a flutter in his heart like a feather brushing by.
He hadn't noticed before, but after realizing his feelings for Aurelia, his heart would race uncontrollably every ti he saw her face.
"I just rembered sothing amusing." Aurelia picked up a crayfish, put on gloves, and as she peeled it, she recalled Mason's aggrieved expression at the ti, her red lips curving upwards uncontrollably.
Viscount Zhou watched her smiling lips and felt as if a hundred cats were scratching his heart, making him restless. He put down his chopsticks, grabbed the plate of crayfish, and started peeling.
The peeled crayfish at was all placed in front of Aurelia's plate.
Aurelia didn't reject it out of politeness. They had grown up together, and this sort of thing happened often. She used to try to persuade him to eat so himself, but later found it was useless, so she couldn't be bothered to insist.
When Viscount Zhou finished peeling the last one and looked at the small mountain of crayfish on Aurelia's plate, he smiled happily and called a waiter to order another plate, only to hear Aurelia's voice raise, "Why did you peel them all into my plate?"
She pushed the plate towards him, "My appetite is small, I can't eat all of this. You're not saving money by making eat just this, are you?" Her peach blossom eyes slightly glanced at him.
If she simply offered the crayfish at to him, he definitely would not eat it, but said like this, he wouldn't refuse.
"Of course not!" Viscount Zhou frowned, realizing he was so focused on peeling the crayfish for her that he forgot she couldn't eat that many.
He moved so crayfish at to her bowl and the rest back in front of him.
He also picked up other dishes for her, smiling with his sharp tiger teeth showing, "Eat other things too, and if you can't finish it, I'll eat it."
Aurelia sighed helplessly in her heart.
Why does Viscount Zhou seem a bit strange today? More attentive than before.
The waiter was still standing there, but Viscount Zhou waved them off, looking at the crayfish at in front of him, suddenly realizing that it's not the first ti he's done this sort of thing.
Even when he was unaware of his feelings for Aurelia, so things were beyond his control, his actions expressing it before his mind was even aware, to the point it beca a natural habit.
His group of friends were internally shouting: You're only realizing it now!
After dinner, Viscount Zhou took Aurelia ho.
Worried about the two troublemakers in her house, Viscount Zhou went inside with her, only to see three people sitting in the living room as soon as they entered.
He smiled, his little tiger teeth showing like a tiger baring its sharp teeth, and suddenly spoke, "Hello, Uncle Shaw."
Balthazar Shaw looked up and saw Aurelia, along with Viscount Zhou trailing behind her. Despite being young, Viscount Zhou had grown up in the business world, his wits sharper than his peers. Don't be fooled by his current smiling face, his thoughts were far from simple.
Balthazar Shaw smiled and stood up, "Uncle Liu, please pour Viscount Zhou a cup of tea."
"No need for the tea."
