After casually towel-drying his hair, he found the hairdryer and stepped behind her, threading his fingers through her hair. Her hair was soft, carrying a faint scent of shampoo—she should really endorse a shampoo ad.

His expression turned slightly grim.
Grasping her chin, he gave her a long kiss. "Here with and still thinking to text that brat."
"Brat?" Aurelia was intrigued by Mason's choice of words.
"Always hanging around bars. It's just these past few months he's been a bit more restrained. Hmph, Ives Johnson doesn't seem to mind letting everyone know he wants to retire."
Only Mason would dare to refer to Uncle Ives by his full na like this.
"Uncle Ives really does seem ready to retire, handing the company over to Viscount. Viscount has the talent; it was who led him astray, picking up so bad habits. But when he gets serious, he can manage the company very well," Aurelia said.
"Are you really that confident?" Mason held her chin, looking into her eyes.
