"You... you can be angry whenever you want, you can be jealous whenever you want!"
Mason Nightshade didn’t even know what to say. He felt his thoughts were a bit chaotic, and in a fit of exasperation, he hurled out this sentence before walking into the bathroom. He took out his frustrations on the door, slamming it shut with a "bang."
The handso face behind the door, it was unclear whether from anger or embarrassnt, turned completely red, even his ear tips were flushed.
Aurelia Shaw stared in a daze at the door that had been slamd shut so harshly, frowning slightly, unsure of what Mason Nightshade’s words ant. Not wanting to ponder over a question she couldn’t figure out, she dried her hair and went to the walk-in closet.
After searching for a long ti, she finally found the big bear plush toy she used to stash at the bottom of her trunk when she was a child. Dragging it to the bed took all her strength, leaving her panting while staring curiously at her own legs.
These legs healed pretty quickly, heaven really takes care of .
After arranging the big bear plush toy, Aurelia nodded with satisfaction at her handiwork, then climbed onto the bed with her laptop, opened the stock market, and checked the performance of the two stocks she had asked Viscount Zhou to buy for her a few days ago.
Thanks to Mason Nightshade, she would occasionally follow the stock market, and while not very knowledgeable, she could tell which stocks were soaring and which were plumting. These two stocks had diocre early gains but were set to make a sudden profit later on. Mason Nightshade had previously made quite a handso gain on these two stocks.
With such innate conditions available for free, it would be a waste not to use them.
Seeing the lines already on an upward trend, Aurelia smiled with satisfaction, and right then, Viscount Zhou called.
"Aurelia, you’ve got a good eye. The two stocks you asked to buy a few days ago have started to make money today. From my experience, these two stocks will definitely make a big profit later on."
Viscount Zhou’s excitent was palpable even across the computer.
Aurelia smiled, "I saw that. I’ll give you two more stocks, and you buy a hundred thousand for each."
"Just a hundred thousand? That’s a bit low," Viscount Zhou hesitated, "Given the growth potential of these two stocks, there’s definitely a big profit later on. Invest more now, and you’ll earn more later."
Viscount Zhou was experienced in the stock market and would do so research before investing on Aurelia’s behalf. If it weren’t reliable, he wouldn’t let Aurelia invest.
But based on these two stocks, Aurelia seed to have a pretty good eye. However, he didn’t think it was all due to Aurelia; it surely had sothing to do with Mason Nightshade. Aurelia must have stolen so intel. If these two stocks were reliable, he definitely wanted to invest more.
Mason Nightshade’s discernnt was pretty impressive.
Viscount Zhou plotted his little sche in his mind.
Aurelia said, "Earn steadily, invest ten thousand first."
She wouldn’t admit that she didn’t have money to invest; most of her money was tied up in the Nightshade family shares. She also had so shares in the Shaw Family, but those couldn’t be cashed out! After all these years, she’d only managed to save tens of thousands of dollars. She would have to wait for a return on investnt and more capital to invest more later on.
"Alright then," Viscount Zhou agreed with Aurelia’s reasoning; she was just getting into the stock market and shouldn’t be encouraged to take big risks right away, or she’d definitely suffer big losses in the future.
The stock market could make you rich overnight or leave you bankrupt just as quickly.
After giving Viscount Zhou the two stocks and reminding him of a few other things, Aurelia hung up the phone, continuing to browse on the computer, watch dramas, and study acting skills.
Mason Nightshade ca out after his shower and saw Aurelia lying on the bed, hugging her laptop, focused on the drama playing on the screen. She was so absorbed that she didn’t even notice his presence until he got closer and saw the huge object occupying almost half of the bed.
