She lowered her head to avoid it, her gaze eting Aurelia Shaw’s puzzled look, and she conjured up a faint smile as if nothing had happened.
"Are these two...your friends?" Her eyes swept over Albert and Daisy, her unfamiliar gaze looking at them like strangers.
Albert curled his fingers slightly, raising a smile, "Hello, my na is Albert, nice to et you for the first ti."
Aurelia Shaw looked at them with even more confusion. Albert had always been a gentleman, and the smile he wore now was also gentlemanly and warm, showing no flaws. Yet, his eyes seed to carry a sharpness, and the warm tone had a hint of gritted teeth.
Her intuition told her there was a story between these two.
However—even if there was a story, she had no interest in exploring it.
It was apparent that the way these two greeted each other hinted at so deep-seated hatred from the past.
In her heart, she leaned toward Victoria Blake. Firstly, her relationship with Victoria was close, and secondly, in the ti she had spent with Victoria, her character was very good, and she wouldn’t do anything to wrong others. Thirdly... "He was a senior when I was studying in M Nation."
Victoria nodded, "I’ll leave first."

Watching Victoria’s departing figure, Aurelia Shaw only felt relieved enough to look away when she saw her get into a taxi. As she stepped out, she suddenly heard a gasp.
Aurelia Shaw looked up in confusion, then saw a tall and handso figure walking towards her—Mason Nightshade, wearing a black long trench coat with a scarf around his neck, a very expensive brand, his chiseled face half-hidden by the scarf, but his handsoness couldn’t be obscured.
With long strides, he walked towards her.
Mason Nightshade noticed she was wearing just a thin wool coat, with a bare neck, staring at a plain yellow face while smiling indulgently to herself. His peach blossom eyes curved, unable to hide the cunning within.
He furrowed his brows, took off his own scarf, wrapped it around her neck, and held her cold little hand, rubbing it in his palm, "Are you cold?"
Aurelia Shaw smiled and was about to say sothing when she heard whispers around her.
"Wow, no way, such a handso guy, and he ends up with such an ugly girl... Do handso guys all have bad tastes?"
"These days, even such an ordinary-looking girl can find a handso boyfriend, this world is so unfair, right?"
"Heh, I think this girl must be rich, otherwise how could she snag such a handso guy."
"Looking this ugly, how does she have the nerve to stand beside such a handso boyfriend? If it were , I’d have run off to get plastic surgery out of insecurity long ago."
