When everyone was feeling troubled, Caleb arrived. He first looked at the costu that had been cut beyond repair, then glanced at the snowy white screen, his eyebrows furrowing with concern.
"Director Caleb, what do you think about this?" Aurelia Shaw asked him.
What did he think?
No matter how he looked at it, this was deliberately done by soone, and that person knew there was surveillance in the crew and even deleted the video afterward.
"Who was the last to leave last night?" he surveyed the crowd.
In the silence, a sharp voice rang out: "What's going on? At this ti, why hasn't shooting started yet? Emily Stewart has been ready in makeup for a long ti."
Emily Stewart walked in, attracting strange looks from everyone.
It's no wonder they suspected Emily Stewart.
Yesterday, as soon as Aurelia Shaw arrived, Emily Stewart gave her a hard ti. Senior actors bullying newcors is an unspoken rule in the industry, and incidents like cutting costus have happened before.
Yesterday during the shoot, everyone saw that Emily Stewart didn't like Aurelia Shaw.
Emily Stewart frowned. Why were these people looking at her like that?
"There was a small accident," Caleb glanced at the costu.
Emily Stewart noticed it as well, her brows knitting together, "Are you suspecting that I did it?"
"I rember there is a backup costu. I'll wear the backup for today's shoot," Aurelia Shaw said, seemingly unwilling to linger on the issue, and instructed the staff to bring over her backup costu.
Emily Stewart grabbed her arm, "Make yourself clear, don't use any backup costus when the situation hasn't been clarified yet. You say I ruined the costu, show the evidence!"
Aurelia Shaw winced at the pain, frowning slightly, "I never said it was you. There's no need to get so worked up, let go!"
Aurelia Shaw intended to tell her not to bother her anymore, although she respected her as a senior, if she truly confronted her, she wouldn't sit idle and let herself be bullied.
But to Emily Stewart, the words sounded different.
"You're accusing , of course I'm agitated! Hah, I've known you're a Lillian White all along. What makes you fit to play Anne Hart? Today, either you clear things up or apologize to now!"
Aurelia Shaw's lips curled coldly, she shook off her hand, and delicate sensitive skin instantly showed five finger marks. She ignored it, walked to the costu, and brought it to her nose.
"The perfu on this costu is the new CC128 model from this year. I don't use perfu while filming. The only person who could leave the scent on the costu is the one who sneaked into the wardrobe last night. So, whoever uses this perfu is the one who did it."
Aurelia Shaw looked at Lily Innes, who froze, then blurted angrily, "Why are you suspecting ?"
Aurelia Shaw chuckled lightly, "I didn't accuse you, I just glanced at you."
Lily Innes avoided her gaze guiltily and said in a low voice, "I do use this new CC128 perfu, but I'm not the only one. Is everyone who uses perfu the one who cut the costus?"
"I never said the costus were cut. How do you know?" Aurelia Shaw demanded sharply.
"You..." Lily Innes pointed to the costu, "It's right there, I saw it myself."
"Oh? The costu was folded and placed there. Apart from seeing a few damaged areas, how could you tell it was cut and not torn?"
