Aurelia's eyes shifted slightly, "Mason, I don't plan on having your child for now."
She felt it was necessary to clarify this with Mason Nightshade.
She didn't want to get pregnant; she wasn't even ntally prepared to welco a new life.
"I understand," Mason said. "We can have one later, there's no rush about the child."
"What if I never want one?" Aurelia looked at him.
Mason seed surprised she asked this question.
Aurelia continued, "What if I never want children? How will you explain that to Grandpa?"
"We can discuss children later. I don't want any now either. When you're ready, we'll talk about it then, okay?"
It seed like she still hadn't let go of the miscarriage.
Mason blad himself for not having protected her well before, but his silence held a different aning for Aurelia.
He hadn't directly answered what would happen if she never wanted children.
Everyone wants to be a dad, right? Mason surely is no exception. He didn't love her then, and she had insisted on having the child, which ended up hurting the child. But the Mason now is different; he wants her to have a child for him, he wants to be a father.
Yet, she couldn't fulfill that for him.

Aurelia rushed to the film crew, skipped breakfast, and headed to the airport. Worried her grandpa would misunderstand if he woke up and didn't see her, she left a note for him.
"Aurelia..." As she got out of the car and ran inside the airport, Mason suddenly called out to her from behind.
She turned back and saw him getting out of the car, imdiately scanning the area to check for paparazzi nearby.
Mason didn't think much about it; he wrapped his arms around her back, pulling her into an embrace, patted her head, "Don't overthink it, we'll talk about the child later, okay?"
Aurelia was silent for a mont, then replied softly, "Okay."
On the plane, Aurelia re-evaluated the situation. Ultimately, she found herself chuckling.
She used to be so confident, even though Mason didn't like her. She shalessly pursued him, so why was she now overthinking because of a child?
Mason had already said the child issue could wait until she was ready, so why was she thinking so much about it?
As soone who had already a brush with death, what else was there to fear?
The plane landed soon in City A, and Aurelia quickly imrsed herself into the hectic filming schedule.
anwhile, Clara Philips arranged a eting with Mrs. Campbell.
The servants prepared to serve tea, but Mrs. Campbell waved them off, her brows furrowed impatiently, "No need for tea, they'll be leaving soon."
How dare they co to her ho, hoping a tarnished daughter could marry into the Campbell family. Not a chance.
Clara could easily read Mrs. Campbell's expression. She sighed and said, "Mrs. Campbell, I'm here to apologize for what happened last ti, regarding the marriage proposal between Cheryl and your son..."
"No need to apologize; I've already forgotten everything that happened at that gathering," Mrs. Campbell said with a dismissive tone.
Hmph, Clara's tricks were quite skillful. She left the gathering and imdiately blocked any news, and none of the disgrace that happened there got out.
"Mrs. Campbell, there was indeed a misunderstanding about that incident, and I specifically ca to explain it to you."
