Aurelia chose this song without much intent, just because she listens to it often and is good at singing it.
After finishing the song, she returned to her seat, not noticing Mason Nightshade’s gaze on her.
A little after ten, everyone left the KTV.
"Aurelia, let us give you a ride back." The crew staff suggested.
They noticed she had arrived in Andrew Kennedy’s car, and her agent wasn’t with her. It wasn’t safe to take a taxi so late, so they kindly offered.
"No need, I’ll take her back." Andrew Kennedy stood up with a smile, "Since I brought her here, it’s only right for to send her back."
Out of the corner of her eye, Aurelia Shaw saw Mason Nightshade walking out, and upon hearing Andrew’s words, he paused for a mont, looking in her direction, giving her a warning glance.
"No need, I want to take a walk. You guys go ahead." Aurelia said. The loyal protector was still nearby, and she had no doubt that if she got into Andrew’s car at this mont, this loyal dog would be hurt and possibly do sothing crazy and angry.
"It’s so late, it’s not convenient for a girl to be alone." Soone expressed concern, and then a male colleague stood up proactively, "How about I walk with you? I’ve been inside too long and want so fresh air too."
Mason glanced at that person, silently morizing the person’s appearance.
"Thanks, but no need. I’m used to walking alone." Aurelia politely declined the person’s kindness and walked along the road.
The rejected male colleague watched Aurelia’s departing figure, let out a disappointed sigh.
Soone patted him on the shoulder, "Why are you sighing? Aurelia is a goddess to many people; you still think you can catch a goddess? Aren’t you afraid her fan club will co after you?"
The male colleague said in a low mood, "I wouldn’t dare think that way. I just wanted to be a little closer, just to be beside the goddess and protect her."
"Alright, alright, stop being disgusting. Let’s go, let’s drink a few more."
Andrew Kennedy watched Aurelia’s figure fade away, bent over, and got into his van.
Tyler Thomas followed him into the car, advising, "You should keep your distance from Aurelia. If anything you did today really angers Mr. Night, everything you have in the entertainnt industry could be destroyed."
"Can’t we just be friends?" Andrew Kennedy shrugged, "No matter how overbearing Mason Nightshade is, he can’t interfere with his woman not having even a friend of the opposite sex, can he?"

Aurelia walked along the roadside as a car passed her and stopped beside her. A tall figure got out of the car, blocked her waist, and embraced her into the car.
Aurelia was placed on Mason Nightshade’s lap, held from behind. He grasped her hands, rubbing them in his palms, "Just for a while and your hands are this cold. Wear more clothes next ti you go out."
"It’s not about wearing more or less, it’s my constitution that’s the issue." Aurelia explained for herself.
Mason opened his coat, wrapped it around her from behind, rested his chin on her shoulder, and nuzzled her cold little face, "You sang today."
Aurelia slled the scent of alcohol; he must have drunk quite a bit today. "Mm."
"Why did you sing that song?" Mason asked.
"No reason, I just suddenly thought of it, so I sang it." Aurelia said.
