Inside the quiet, dim prison cell.
After Jiang Zheyu finished purifying the Beastn in her cell.
She silently crept into the neighboring cell and, using the sa thod, put all five Beastn under hypnosis.
’Hypnotizing five Beastn at once is manageable, but any more than that might be difficult.’
She squatted down again and began to purify them one by one, holding each Beastman’s hand.

After purifying the five Beastn in this cell, Jiang Zheyu’s spiritual power successfully reached S Level!
Her heart pounded in her chest. Her Spiritual Power Level was now the sa as that group leader’s—both were at S Level.
And between two individuals of the sa rank, her spiritual power would be slightly stronger.
Jiang Zheyu felt a surge of excitent. She was no longer afraid of that so-called group leader.
The joy of leveling up was unparalleled. She could feel that her spiritual power had indeed improved significantly. ’I can probably hypnotize ten Beastn at once now!’
After finishing with that cell, Jiang Zheyu moved on to the next.
’Here I co, my cute little beasties!’
Purified a Golden Retriever Beastman, obtaining 86 Beastification Value.

Jiang Zheyu’s heart pounded. With her increased spiritual power, her purification speed had quickened significantly. She needed less ti to rest, and the dizziness that followed a purification session was gone. She could now purify Beastn without interruption. In fact, it seed the more she purified, the more energized she beca.
’Does higher spiritual power lead to a qualitative change?’
She glanced at her spiritual power panel. Just one more Beastman!
One more Beastman and she would reach S Level. That ant after purifying just one more, she would no longer have the mandatory daily Purification Beastification Value task!
She wouldn’t have to purify five points of Beastification Value every single day.
Jiang Zheyu was thrilled. With only one left, there was no way she could wait until the following night to do it.
In her excitent, she failed to notice the ti. It was almost when the Beastn were scheduled to wake up.
Jiang Zheyu had just touched a Beastman’s hand, not yet having ti to use hypnosis, when a piercing alarm suddenly blared!
It was the alarm specifically used to wake the Beastn.
The next second, the lights in the cell block switched on automatically, illuminating the space as brightly as day.
Jiang Zheyu, still clutching a Beastman’s hand, looked down and t the wide-open eyes of the young man on the bunk.
A wordless, awkward silence spread through the air.
"Aren’t you a Beastman from another cell? What are you doing here?" one of the other Beastn asked.
"What are you doing?" The young man on the bunk seed to snap out of his daze. He instantly flung Jiang Zheyu’s hand away and scrambled into a sitting position, his panic plain to see.
"Oh, sorry. I just woke up myself." Jiang Zheyu felt incredibly awkward. She stood up slowly. "I have a bit of a sleepwalking problem. It must be acting up again."
She pretended to be dizzy, rubbing her head. Keeping her head lowered, she quickly shuffled out of the cell.
Although the Beastn were suspicious, they didn’t ask any more questions, as they needed to get dressed and head out quickly.
"System, why didn’t you warn ?" Jiang Zheyu was mortified.
"Host, you didn’t ask to warn you," the System replied, feigning innocence.
"A considerate system would have automatically helped its host avoid trouble," Jiang Zheyu muttered.
System: "..."
Jiang Zheyu just wanted to talk to soone—anyone—to ease her own embarrassnt.
But she didn’t have ti to dwell on her embarrassnt. She had to rush out and clock in!
She spent the morning typing, and her livestream earnings successfully reached ten thousand. The goal had been t.
At noon, Jiang Zheyu lay in the break room of the streaming studio, unable to sleep. That afternoon, the group leader was demanding that she perform suggestive content.
She actually knew how to perform those kinds of suggestive dances.
However, she suspected that perverted group leader’s real intention was to make her stream on the Dark Web.
Jiang Zheyu lay wide awake until it was ti for her afternoon stream. She sat in the streaming room, staring blankly, and didn’t move for a long ti.
CLICK. Xiang Wei opened the door, stepped inside, and shut it behind him.
He ambled over to the sofa and sat down, his eyes fixed on Jiang Zheyu. "You can begin."
Jiang Zheyu lowered her gaze, her long lashes fluttering, but her heart was pounding in her chest.
Her palms began to sweat and her fists clenched at the thought of what she was about to do.
Last night, her Spiritual Power Level had risen to S Level, and she had co up with an escape plan. ’If I quickly use hypnosis on Xiang Wei and control him to lead out, won’t I be able to leave openly, right under the surveillance caras?’
’But I have to succeed on the first try.’
Jiang Zheyu slowly walked toward the wardrobe area, which was just behind the sofa where Xiang Wei sat.
The closer she got, the more nervous she beca. ’If I fail, and he has ti to react and put up his defenses...’
’I’ll be finished.’
’But nothing ventured, nothing gained.’
While pretending to grab so clothes, Jiang Zheyu focused her spiritual power and launched an attack on the man’s Spiritual Domain!
Instantly, the man, who had been lounging lazily, went completely limp on the sofa as if he had fallen into a deep sleep.
Jiang Zheyu patted her racing heart, letting out a sigh of relief.
’Success! It worked!’
After calming her breathing, she slowly circled around from behind the sofa to the front and called out softly, "Brother Xiang? Brother Xiang?"
She boldly gave him a little push and found that he was, indeed, completely unconscious.
’It’s easier to control soone once they’re unconscious.’
Jiang Zheyu was becoming more and more adept at using her spiritual power. She commanded Xiang Wei to stand up and even open his eyes.
His eyes looked chanical; he didn’t even blink.
’He looks way too wooden. Anyone would be able to tell sothing’s wrong.’
Jiang Zheyu practiced a bit more, making Xiang Wei smile and blink, then walk normally. Of course, she also had to replicate his habit of constantly smoking.
Just when Jiang Zheyu felt she could control him flawlessly, the sound of a Light Brain alert suddenly rang out.
She didn’t have a Light Brain, so it had to be Xiang Wei’s.
She didn’t answer. After all, she didn’t know his acquaintances and didn’t dare risk using her spiritual power to make Xiang Wei take the call. It would be a disaster if she were exposed.
But just because she hadn’t made Xiang Wei answer his Light Brain, a knock sounded at the door the very next second.
Jiang Zheyu’s heart pounded like a drum.
’Who could that be?’
A mont later, Xiang Wei opened the door. "What is it?" he asked the man standing outside.
The man raised an eyebrow. "I was starting to think sothing happened to you. You didn’t answer your Light Brain."
"I was in the middle of so business," Xiang Wei said, taking a drag from a cigarette.
The man glanced inside and saw a lightly-clad young man curled up on the sofa.
He let out a sound of disgust, his eyes filled with revulsion.
"The boss is here," the man said, getting straight to the point. "He’s ordered us to bring all the Beast Slaves to the main square. Everyone has to be in place before nine o’clock."
"Got it," Xiang Wei replied.
As if unable to stand the sight any longer, the man hurried away.
