Ren Feng stood on the ground, watching Tang Hongtu's body convulsing. His eyes were still wide open, as if he couldn't believe it. In his chest there was a huge hole running straight through, the internal organs and flesh inside completely gone.

Ren Feng exited the Six Yang State, the silver flas around him fading away. What he had just used was his strongest move for now, a technique he'd comprehended back then from within the Golden Dragon's eyes.

When each person steps into the Profound Realm, there's a certain chance they'll enter a special state, extrely similar to entering the Spirit Realm. In that state, everyone can comprehend a move that belongs to them alone.

For example, Tang Yunfei had comprehended two moves in that state: Mountain Collapse and Inverted Sea.

The move Ren Feng comprehended was called True Dragon Erges. He summoned the soul of the Nine-Clawed Golden Dragon, fused it with his own Nine Yang Fire, transford like a dragon, and smashed through his opponent.

Of course, this move also consud an enormous amount of his own True Qi. Besides this move, Ren Feng still had many other techniques, but none were as powerful as this one.

Xiao Mo walked over, still carrying the unconscious Shi Yi on his back.

Ren Feng took Shi Yi from him and reached out to feel her pulse. Only then did he let out a breath of relief. She wasn't in any serious danger, it was just that several acupoints along her ridians had been sealed.

He channeled True Qi into her body and blasted open those acupoints. Before long, Shi Yi's eyelashes trembled slightly.

When she opened her eyes, she saw herself in Ren Feng's arms and couldn't help but smile faintly.

She had known Ren Feng would co.

"Alright, it's over."

Ren Feng comforted her softly.

Helping Shi Yi stand up, Ren Feng swept a glance over the corpses of those experts on the ground. He had no intention of cleaning them up, instead leaving them here as evidence.

"I'll give Tang Hu a call and have him rush back."

Xiao Mo stood to the side. He went to examine the dead Tang Hongtu, eyes still full of interest, not knowing how this guy had turned into an Ancient Demon in the end.

"Shi Yi, do you want to rest a bit first?" Ren Feng asked.

"No, I know where my father is imprisoned." Shi Yi said weakly. "He's in seclusion in the back mountain."

Ren Feng nodded. "Then we'll go and let him out right now."

"Xiao Mo, you stay here and guard these corpses."

Xiao Mo nodded.

Ren Feng and Shi Yi headed toward the back mountain. At this point, there were basically very few people left in the Tang Sect, because most of them had been sent away. The ones who remained were Tang Hongtu's own forces, but they had been almost completely slaughtered by Ren Feng. As for those disciples of ordinary strength, with Tang Hongtu dead, the only path left for them was naturally to surrender.

Arriving at the back mountain, sure enough, Ren Feng found a cave entrance. After they went in and turned this way and that through winding passages, he realized the inside had been constructed like a maze.

He was about to release his consciousness, but suddenly Ren Feng frowned slightly. "Strange, there seems to be sothing in here that can restrict spiritual sense."

"Be careful. There should be a lot of chanisms inside."

Shi Yi said weakly.

Ren Feng supported her, his hand on her body continuously channeling True Qi into her, helping her recover from her weakened state.

"It's fine."

Ren Feng studied their surroundings carefully, then after a while nodded. "Not bad, these chanisms are all designed according to the Nine Palaces. That makes things a lot easier."

He walked directly over to the wall and felt around. The corner of his mouth curled up—just as he thought.

With a palm strike, that switch was pressed down. Instantly, a huge wall beside them opened up.

When the two of them looked in, they discovered an enormous stone chamber, and at its center, countless iron chains had pierced through a man's body.

The man's hair was disheveled, his aura seemingly on the verge of extinguishing, as if he could die at any mont.

As the stone chamber's door opened, the disheveled man stirred. He lifted his head slightly and saw Ren Feng and Shi Yi standing at the entrance of the chamber.

At the instant he saw Shi Yi, the lifeless eyes of Tang Dingtian suddenly froze.

So alike, far too alike.

In that mont, it was as if he was seeing his wife from back then, that charming, smiling girl.

"You, your na, is it Tang Churou?"

Tang Dingtian's voice trembled. He wanted to move, but the iron chains in his body suddenly pulled tight. The sharp pain made it impossible for him to budge.

Ren Feng drew in a deep breath. There was shock in his eyes as well. Tang Hongtu's mind was vicious beyond belief. These chains would basically cripple a person, and if he wasn't mistaken, they all pierced through crucial acupoints and vital spots in Tang Dingtian's body.

Shi Yi was also stunned there. Although she had never t the man in front of her, when she looked at Tang Dingtian, it was as if a familiar feeling surged up from within her blood.

She walked toward Tang Dingtian, her steps unsteady, looking like she might collapse at any ti.

"My na is Shi Yi."

Shi Yi said softly. She ca to stand before Tang Dingtian and gently brushed aside the hair hanging over his face, revealing a stubbled, weathered face underneath.

Tang Dingtian stared blankly at Shi Yi. He could be one hundred percent certain that the Shi Yi before him was the daughter who'd been carried away by Tang Dieyi all those years ago.

"Chu… Churou."

Tang Dingtian's parched lips were already cracked. He was extrely agitated, yet didn't know what to say.

Shi Yi felt a sour ache in her chest. Looking at Tang Dingtian's expression—like he was laughing and crying at the sa ti, barely holding back his twitching excitent—she gently pressed her own forehead against Tang Dingtian's.

"I'm also called Tang Churou."

Father and daughter leaned together. In that mont, Tang Dingtian finally couldn't hold it in and actually began to cry. His sobs were ragged, yet carried a note of joy.

Tears of joy.

Ren Feng sighed inwardly. None of it had been easy. Father and daughter both truly hadn't had it easy. Under Tang Dieyi's tutelage, Shi Yi had been turned into a cold, precise killing machine. Fortunately she'd t him later and only then reclaid the emotions a normal person should have.

As for Tang Dingtian, his body had been run through with iron chains by Tang Hongtu and he'd been imprisoned in this stone chamber, never seeing the light of day, for a full three years!

Ren Feng moved, stepping over to one of the chains at the side. With a single palm strike, he chopped the iron chain apart!

Pa!

The chain was cleaved cleanly by Ren Feng. He repeated the process, severing all the chains restraining Tang Dingtian's body. Only the sections that pierced through his body were left untouched.

With the chains no longer supporting him, Tang Dingtian suddenly felt his whole body go weak and collapsed into Shi Yi's arms.

He had been standing for a full three years. If not for the chains holding him up, he would have fallen long ago.

Shi Yi's face showed a trace of panic. Ren Feng comforted from the side, "Don't worry, this is normal. After a few days, I'll treat him, and he'll recover."
