Bai Xiaoyue gestured to Ren Feng to step forward.
Ren Feng looked at the man, his lips curving slightly upwards. He pulled a chair from the side and sat in front of the man.
"Do you have anything to say?" Ren Feng asked lightly.
There was a flash of fear in the man's eyes, but it quickly turned to madness.
"I have nothing to say."
"Your eyes betray you," Ren Feng said calmly. "Tell , why did you do it? There's a reason for everything."
The scruffy man laughed loudly, his face seeming a bit distorted: "Do I need a reason? You know what I think whenever I see that woman on TV? I want to ruthlessly push her onto the bed and whip her! She's a bit… ah!"
But the next second, his remaining words were replaced by a scream.
Ren Feng grabbed a baton from a nearby policeman and hit the man in the face without hesitation.

"I don't think he's the real culprit," Ren Feng said. "You should investigate this person further."
Bai Xiaoyue nodded, "I will investigate more, but if this person insists, there's nothing I can do. Without other evidence, we can only detain him for a few months at most."
"No worries, just follow the procedure," Ren Feng smiled slightly.
Bai Xiaoyue agreed softly. On her beautiful face, there was a hint of hesitation, as if she wanted to say sothing, but ultimately didn't.
