Summit of Qingzhu Mountain.
The entire mountain stood a thousand zhang high, its top a flat land of more than ten li in size, a truly spectacular sight!
Lin Tianming was also climbing to the peak for the first ti. From this height, he surveyed the entire Green Bamboo Mountain Clan Territory; from halfway up the mountain, peaks rose one after another, stretching for over a hundred li, resembling a veritable fairyland.
The summit spanned more than ten li, the terrain remarkably flat, as if a supre being had cleaved off the entire mountaintop with a single sword!
Feeling the density of the spiritual energy in this place, it was a cut above that of the mid-mountain regions; no doubt, long-term cultivation here would yield twice the results with half the effort.
The ancestors truly were blessed with foresight; otherwise, to find such a land rich in spiritual energy would be no easy task. Such Cave Heavens and Blessed Lands were a rare sight in the whole Luoyun Mountain Range.
Shaking off his distant thoughts, Lin Tianming headed towards the rear of the vast Bluestone Plaza.
Atop Green Bamboo Mountain Peak lay a massive Bluestone Plaza. Around the plaza stood several courtyards of varying sizes.
Each courtyard occupied a substantial area, their exteriors solemn and sacred, inspiring awe in those who looked upon them.
In the Lin Family, only those who had reached the Foundation Establishnt Stage could bring their direct relatives to live at the peak of the mountain. This was a privilege reserved for Foundation Establishnt Cultivators.
Lin Tianming walked directly to the outside of one of the courtyards, pausing to press his palms together and cast a beam of Spiritual Light into the restrictive enchantnt.
A few breaths later, the restriction opened a passage, and Lin Tianming entered without hesitation, then mysteriously vanished from sight.
Inside the courtyard, Lin Shilu sat on a ditation cushion in the center, examining a Spirit Sword in his hand. He repeatedly channeled Spiritual Power into it, waving the sword through the air.
Seeing this, Lin Tianming did not dare to interrupt and stood respectfully to the side, awaiting Lin Shilu’s instructions.
Half an hour later, Lin Shilu stored the Spirit Sword in his storage bag, turned, smiled, and then said,
“Tianming, co over and sit!”
“Tianming greets Fifteenth Grandfather!”
After giving a respectful salute, Lin Tianming sat down on a ditation cushion opposite Lin Shilu.
“Fifteenth Grandfather, due to the lack of a suitable Spirit Sword, I’ve exchanged for twenty stalks of Second Order Qingling Bamboo from the Family rits Hall. I was hoping you could help forge them into a set of Flying Sword Instrunts. Would you be able to assist ?”
After several monts of silence, Lin Tianming, feeling increasingly anxious, tentatively continued,
“I would not expect you to labour without compensation. I will pay you according to the market rate when the ti cos. After all, forging a complete set of Spiritual Artifacts does consu a fair amount of supplentary materials and ti. Offering compensation is the least I can do.”
Hearing Lin Tianming’s words, Lin Shilu frowned slightly, his face showing displeasure as he spoke,
“Within the family, we do not differentiate between each other’s households. Crafting a complete set of Second Order Spirit Swords is indeed a challenge, but I am confident in forging a First Order set.”
“Back in my days at the Qi Refinent Realm, I often relied on your grandfather’s help with Alchemy. Rest assured, hand over the Second Order Qingling Bamboo; without delay, I’ll get to work imdiately and aim to finish them as soon as possible.”
Lin Tianming was both surprised and moved by the response, thanking his elder profusely.
Family cultivators, when able, would always assist each other. Should he find success in the future, he must also contribute to the family.
After handing over the twenty stalks of Second Order Qingling Bamboo to Lin Shilu, Lin Tianming was about to take his leave when Lin Shilu suddenly said,
“If you have no other matters, stay and assist . You can also learn so basics of Artifact Refining. Should you have a talent for it, it could bring great aid to your cultivation journey.”
“Yes, I will heed Fifteenth Grandfather’s teachings.”
After Lin Tianming responded, Lin Shilu stood up to leave, and Lin Tianming quickly followed his steps.

Although he had never refined any artifact or even had the chance to observe the process, watching the entire artifact refining process on-site was not an easy opportunity to co by.
A few breaths passed, and Lin Shilu walked through the corridor, stopping in front of a secret chamber.
Lin Tianming waited beside, feeling the abundant fire elent spiritual power in the air; it must undoubtedly be the Refining Room.
The more than ten courtyards on the summit of Green Bamboo Mountain each ca with a Pill Refining Room and an Artifact Forging Room, through which the tributaries of the Earth Fire passed, providing the most basic conditions for pill concoction and weapon forging.
Lin Shilu opened the restrictions and stepped in; Lin Tianming hurriedly followed.
Inside the Artifact Forging Room, a cauldron about the size of a yard stood in the center of the chamber, surrounded by nurous stone platforms with various tools laid out.
After a brief mont of breathing regulation, Lin Shilu was ready to begin artifact refining.
He skillfully ignited the Earth Fire, eliciting a three-feet-long fla that burst forth, perfectly suspended under the cauldron.
He arranged the Second Order Qingling Bamboo neatly to one side, at the sa ti taking out a number of differently colored ores and placing them on the stone platform.
Lin Shilu grabbed a large chunk of Spirit Iron Ore and tossed it into the cauldron, then adjusted the intensity of the Earth Fire, furiously burning the cauldron.
As ti passed, the Spirit Iron the size of a bucket gradually lted into a puddle of iron liquid.
After an hour of repeated purification, the Spirit Iron, once the size of a bucket, was refined into twenty fist-sized ores, crystal clear and translucent.
At this point, the originally ink-colored raw ore had astonishingly beco as beautiful as Spirit Stones.
While refining, Lin Shilu gave instructions to Lin Tianming.
“Cut the Second Order Qingling Bamboo at two-thirds of its length; to forge a Spirit Sword, only the bottom half of the entire bamboo is needed. You can keep the tip part for forging other lower grade spirit swords.”
Hearing Lin Shilu’s instructions, Lin Tianming began to cut the Qingling Bamboo one by one, handing over the section as thick as the mouth of a bowl to Lin Shilu.
Two days passed, and Lin Shilu had refined over a dozen different colored ores one by one, divided into twenty portions of crystal clear Spirit Ore.
Twenty stalks of Qingling Bamboo were also trimd to be three zhang long, twenty stalks neatly lined up in a row.
Lin Shilu placed the entire Qingling Bamboo on the stone platform beside, took out a hamr with an extrely large head, and began to pound the whole stalk of Qingling Bamboo on the stone platform without respite.
After half a day, the three-zhang-long Qingling Bamboo gradually shrunk in size and shape, turning from a bamboo thick as a bowl to a three-feet-long sword embryo, with the surface color turning more golden.
Lin Tianming also widened his eyes in amazent; the transformation of the ores was still within his expectations, but the conversion of Qingling Bamboo into a sword embryo was truly incredible.
As Lin Shilu hamred the Qingling Bamboo, every half an hour, he would add a type of ore to the sword embryo, increase the force of his hamring, and continue adding more ore.
At this mont, Lin Shilu was drenched in sweat, focusing intently on hamring the Spirit Sword embryo.
Lin Tianming, too, began to ponder on the side, committing Lin Shilu’s entire process and techniques to mory, thinking that perhaps he might attempt it when the ti was ripe.
However, given his limited ti, it was unlikely he could devote a vast amount of ti and energy solely on artifact refining, but learning so experience was still necessary.
After most of a day, the Spirit Sword embryos were successively infused with more than ten types of colored ores, resulting in a completely golden sword, with two intertwining lines of azure and red running from the tip to the hilt, laying the foundation for the entire Spirit Sword.
Feeling the faint Sword Qi emanating from the Spirit Sword, Lin Tianming was very satisfied; if he added the remaining inscriptions to the sword body, its might would likely be even more formidable.
Lin Shilu, too, was extrely pleased at this point; although he was a Second Grade dium Quality Artifact Refiner and had forged a great number of First Order Superior Grade Spirit Swords, when it ca to the power of the sword embryos alone, this particular Spirit Sword embryo satisfied him the most.
This was still only the Spirit Sword embryo, accounting for only half of the success; the subsequent Inscription Array needed to be carved before it could be considered a complete Spiritual Artifact.
Lin Shilu took a brief rest for a quarter of an hour and then threw himself back into the most important task of Inscription marking.
