He knew there were no other options left. If they quickly dealt with this Fifth Grade Yuan Beast, its attack could be deadly to them, considering it's a Fifth Grade Yuan Beast. While they could eliminate it easily, exposure would be inevitable. They needed a plan and be ready for stealthy relocation; if the True Dragon discovered them, they wouldn't stand a chance against it, even together.
If they were caught unprepared, there wouldn't be any chance of escape. So even though Ah Du knew Guo Linn's concealnt Spell wasn't very good, it was better than nothing, as they had no other options.
"Are you ready?"
Ah Du, with a grave look, asked Guo Linn through Divine Sense.
Guo Linn, hearing Ah Du's words, took a deep breath and nodded heavily.
"Alright, let's start casting the Mist Spell now!"
Ah Du said with a serious expression.
Upon hearing Ah Du's words, Guo Linn imdiately cast his spell, and suddenly layers of white fog surrounded them, enveloping Guo Linn and Ah Du all around. The Fifth Grade Yuan Beast witnessing this scene was also taken aback, unable to comprehend what was happening.
In such a critical mont, Ah Du wouldn't give the Yuan Beast any opportunity. But the Fifth Grade Yuan Beast did not die just like that. Their ruthless attack enraged the Yuan Beast, causing it to roar angrily at Guo Linn and Ah Du. Obviously, this Mysterious Thunder was from the True Dragon circling above, but due to Guo Linn's Mist Spell affecting its judgnt, the thunder didn't hit them directly. Yet the shockwaves alone caused Ding Fan so injuries.
Guo Linn felt deeply shocked. He knew the True Dragon's Mysterious Thunder was powerful but never imagined it would be this formidable. As a late Ergence Stage cultivator just shy of reaching the Spirit Severing Stage, he still suffered significant minor injuries from just the shock wave, highlighting the thunder's fearso power.
Ah Du understood that if he were directly hit by the Mysterious Thunder, he wouldn't withstand the attack. Just one strike from the thunder could send him to his death.
At this mont, Ah Du was filled with shock. Although his injuries were slightly less severe than Guo Linn's, the impact on him was significant, making it hard to believe the sheer magnitude of the thunder's energy. It was utterly unbelievable! Ah Du shouted to Guo Linn, knowing ti was up; the True Dragon had finally noticed them. Now, they had to flee for their lives, as confronting the True Dragon was entirely out of the question.
But as Guo Linn heard Ah Du's words and tried to speak, he coughed up blood, experiencing piercing pain in his chest. Shocked, he realized the severity of his injuries, and despair set in. With the sky still light, he was already so gravely injured, signaling imminent death.
Feeling despair and sowhat resigned, Guo Linn wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and said to Ah Du:
"I can't escape, leave and go while you can!"
Ah Du was montarily stunned by Guo Linn's words, then imdiately used his Divine Sense to locate Guo Linn and hurried to his side. More Mysterious Thunder cracked around them, but Ah Du had already activated a True Qi Shield, which protected them from so of the thunder's force.
Seeing Guo Linn's injuries, Ah Du frowned, realizing they were severe, making it difficult even for him to stand. He quickly took out a dicine Pill and handed it to Guo Linn, saying anxiously:
"Take the Healing Pill quickly, we have no ti left!"
