But here was this man in toad glasses, showing up arrogantly, not at all concerned about the lives of those bitten by his dog; now he was here asking who had killed his dog.
Ding Fan felt such a person truly deserved a lesson.
Ding Fan was usually low-profile, but he was not afraid to admit to what he had done and was not about to be intimidated by a young bully with a few bodyguards.
