Unhappy that Mao Duo seed interested in her younger sister, Shu Xin gave him a nudge. "Let's go already."
With that, Shu Xin and Mao Duo left the house.
After preparing the dishes, Shu Ying turned to Ding Fan. "Brother Ding Fan, it's ti to eat."
Ding Fan nodded and began eating with Shu Ying.
"Ding Fan... I need a favor from you." During the al, Du Jun sent Shu Ying out to fetch sothing and said to Ding Fan.

Shu Ying moved closer to take a look, but she was equally stumped. "So what should we do now?"
"There's a small restaurant nearby. Let's head over and grab a bite while we wait," suggested Mao Duo, pointing at a small eatery nearby.
Being situated in a small town, the area not only had restaurants but also supermarkets and guesthouses nearby.
"Sure." Shu Xin agreed enthusiastically. "After sitting in the car for so long, I'm already restless."
Since Shu Xin had made up her mind, Ding Fan and Shu Ying didn't say much. Mao Duo parked the sports car on the roadside, and all four of them walked toward the small eatery.
The restaurant was locally owned. Once seated, Mao Duo ordered so food and drinks for everyone.
It didn't take long for the dishes and drinks to arrive.
"I just called the Zhonghua Chamber of Comrce. The president reached out to the mayor—it turns out the city discovered infiltrators from a neighboring nation. The entire city is under lockdown, and all roads will remain sealed off until tomorrow morning. The chairperson's daughter's birthday party has been rescheduled for tomorrow night," Mao Duo explained.
After hearing Mao Duo's explanation, Shu Ying stretched her neck to look at the vehicles on the street. "If that's the case, I think we should head back ho while there's still ti."
But Shu Xin shook her head. "No way. We barely got out of the house; we should enjoy ourselves. Going back would be so boring."
Shu Ying frowned. "But, sister, if we don't return, Dad and Mom will worry."

Mao Duo looked at Ding Fan and Shu Ying. "What about you two?"

Shu Xin responded, "If you're really afraid of upsetting Mom and Dad, I think Brother Mao can arrange a car to send you two back first."
