Transmigrated Into a Tribal World: My Alien Husbands Spoil Me Too Much Chapter 1: Why Are They So HUGE?!
"Throw her into the sea."
Maeve widened her eyes. "No, no, no! Wait, wait, we can talk this through!" She quickly looked at the man who was calmly puffing on a cigar. "Hey, hey, I just got here by accident! I’m just a rookie! I won’t tell anyone, I swear!"
The man with gold rings on his fingers only snorted and gestured to his subordinates to throw her from the dock.
Splash!
The freezing water imdiately swallowed her body, but in just a second, Maeve’s eyes snapped open. Instead of sinking into the sea, she found herself in a red pond in the middle of a forest, surrounded by a crowd of people.
Had she lost her mind?
And wait... they didn’t even look like normal humans at all!
They were humanoid, yes, but they were far too tall, far too strange, and far too beautiful to be normal humans.
Every single one of them had blue skin, not pale blue or soft blue, but blue like moonlit sapphire.
They stood around the edge of the pool in silence, staring at her with wide eyes. Maeve’s mouth slowly fell open. "What the hell..."
Had she just been kidnapped by aliens?!
And why was the water glowing red around her?
Maeve turned around and nearly slipped when she saw her own reflection.
Red light shimred across the water, wrapping around her body like living threads. It turned out the glow was coming from her.
"No, no, no..." she muttered. "I am definitely unconscious right now."
A loud gasp suddenly ca from the crowd. So people dropped to their knees, and an old man with white hair and blue skin was crying.
"The prophecy..." he whispered shakily. "The prophecy is true..."
The crowd imdiately exploded.
"The sacred pool accepted her!"
"The red light has appeared!"
"The Sky Mother has sent us a mate-bringer!"
Maeve blinked. "A what-bringer?"
"Our tribe leaders can finally be blessed with many children!" an old blue-skinned man shouted excitedly.
Children? A lot of children?!
Maeve blinked in confusion. Why... why was that the first thing he said after seeing her?!
Before she could even begin to process it, she realized that there were three n standing very close to her. They were huge, tall, and also muscular.
But one thing that made Maeve swallow nervously was this: all three of them looked terrifyingly handso.
The one in the left had long silver-white hair tied behind his back, golden eyes, and a cold face sharp enough to cut glass.
The one on the right had braided dark blue hair decorated with silver rings, golden eyes, and a body built like a beast.
The one on the middle had short black hair, along with a calr expression, but his eyes were locked on her so intensely that Maeve ...felt her scalp go numb.
Why were they all staring at her like that?
Why did they look so shocked?
The wild-looking blue-haired man suddenly stepped forward. "She’s drowning in the mating pool and all of you are just standing there?!"
"I’m not drowning!" Maeve shouted back.
He ignored her completely and jumped straight into the water.
"Wait—"
He reached her in seconds. Maeve barely had ti to react before one massive arm wrapped around her waist and lifted her like she weighed nothing.
She widened her eyes. "Put down!"
But the man had already carried her out of the glowing pool and onto dry land. Maeve was placed on her feet, but her knees were so weak that she swayed right away.
The silver-haired man stepped forward at once, catching her wrist before she could fall.
The mont his fingers touched her, sothing weird happened.
[Ding!]
Maeve froze when a strange chanical voice suddenly rang inside her mind.
[System successfully activated.]
"What in the—"
[Welco, Host!]
A pink ball with wings suddenly popped into the air in front of her face. Maeve scread. "Aaaah!"
The thing was round like a mochi, pink like strawberry candy, and had two tiny fluttering wings on its back. It also had huge sparkling eyes and small lips.
[Nice to et you, Host!] the creature chirped happily. [I’m Pinky, your one and only Super Fertility System assistant.]
Everyone suddenly went quiet.
Maeve stared at Pinky.
The crowd of blue-skinned aliens stared at her insane attitude.
And Pinky stared at the handso aliens.
Maeve pointed a trembling finger at the floating pink creature. "What... is that?"
The silver-haired man frowned slightly. "What is what?"
Maeve turned to him, her voice rising. "You don’t see it?"
"No," the calm, braided-haired man said slowly.
Maeve looked back at Pinky. The tiny creature waved its little arm happily [Only Host can see , of course!]
Maeve almost passed out again. "I’m dead," she said in a flat, tired voice.
[No, Host!] Pinky chirped brightly. [You’re alive and very lucky!]
[You’ve been chosen to save this tribe from extinction!]
Maeve took a deep breath, then suddenly started laughing. A mont later, she stopped, thought for a second, and then burst into laughter again, this ti even louder.
"AAAA!" She grabbed her wet hair with both hands and scread. "Is this a simulation?! Yes, this has to be a simulation! You bastard cartel, let out of here!"
The blue-haired man leaned toward the others and muttered, "Is she... unstable?"
"Hey, I heard that!" Maeve snapped her head toward him and glared.
But wait... why could she understand his words? It felt strange, since his language should have been unfamiliar.
Pinky puffed out its tiny chest proudly. [That’s one of the beginner gifts from the system! Universal language translation! Aren’t I amazing?]
Maeve pressed a hand to her forehead, convinced that this had to be a stress dream, or maybe she had fainted from drowning and her brain had decided to punish her with insanity.
Wasn’t she supposed to see her best mories for seven minutes before she died?!
[And since the Host has successfully arrived in the sacred mating pool, your first beginner mission has been unlocked!]
A glowing panel appeared in front of Maeve’s eyes.
