Transmigrated as the Pregnant Villainess: Mr Lu. This Heir is Yours. Chapter 51; Su Wan
Su Wan continued without pause. "Until then, you will remain here under the Lu family’s protection. You’ll receive dical care, security, housing, clothing—anything necessary during the remainder of your pregnancies."
Her words were direct, practical, and structured. No emotional involvent. No visible resentnt. That alone unsettled nearly everyone listening, because she was handling the situation less like a wife confronting scandal and more like soone organizing assets.
"If the children are confird to be boys and carry the Lu bloodline," she went on calmly, "then inheritance matters will be addressed according to family structure. If the children are girls, we’ll discuss future arrangents after birth."
The two won remained silent. Not because they fully agreed, but because they understood this was the best outco they were likely to receive under the current circumstances: stability, protection, ti, and—most importantly—survival from whatever larger forces had placed them inside this situation to begin with.
Su Wan looked toward the servants. "Arrange rooms for them in the east wing. Separate floors. Additional security around the area."
"Yes, Madam."
The won were escorted away quietly soon after, still visibly overwheld by how quickly the entire situation had shifted.
Once the doors closed behind them, silence settled heavily across the hall again. But this silence felt different. Now it was the Lu family watching Su Wan—carefully.
Even Lu iqi had stopped speaking entirely.
Old Master Lu’s gaze remained fixed on her for several monts before he finally spoke. "You handled this very decisively."
It was not praise. It was an observation.
Su Wan leaned back slightly in her chair despite the pain in her injured arm. "Yes," she said simply.
Then—before anyone else could redirect the conversation—she continued.
"I need half a billion transferred into my personal accounts." The hall froze instantly. "And I want two percent shares transferred from the Lu Conglorate under my na."
Complete silence.
Even the servants near the walls visibly stiffened. Lu iqi looked at her as though she had misheard. "Two percent—?"
Second Madam’s expression darkened at once.
Several of the older family mbers exchanged shocked glances. Because this was no ordinary financial demand.
Two percent of the Lu Conglorate represented enormous voting influence, board positioning, and long-term power inside the family structure itself.
Old Master Lu’s gaze hardened. "On what basis?"
Su Wan looked directly at him. "On the basis that I just stabilized your succession crisis before it spread publicly and you all should be thankful." No modesty. No hesitation. Pure fact. "And on the basis that I’m currently the one holding this household together while soone outside is actively targeting the Lu family. I’m overworking."
The hall grew quieter again. Because nobody could fully deny it.
Su Wan’s gaze shifted briefly toward Lu Shaohan for the first ti since the confrontation ended. "You said earlier I should understand what’s expected of as Mrs. Lu." Her tone remained calm. "Fine." A brief pause followed. "Then the Lu family should also understand what maintaining that position costs."
Silence settled again—heavy, dangerous.
And for the first ti since the situation began, even Old Master Lu seed unsure whether he was looking at a threat...
or an answer.
No one spoke imdiately after her words settled into the hall.
The silence stretched long enough to beco oppressive.
Half a billion.
Two percent of the Lu Conglorate.
Not gifts, not allowances—actual power.
And Su Wan had demanded it publicly, as though she were discussing household arrangents rather than corporate influence worth billions.
Lu iqi recovered first. "You’ve lost your mind." Her voice rose sharply through the hall, disbelief and anger mixing openly.
"Do you think stabilizing one scandal gives you the right to ask for company shares? Two percent? Do you even understand what that ans inside the Lu family?"
Su Wan’s expression did not change. "Yes," she replied calmly. "That’s exactly why I asked for it."
The answer landed cleanly enough to silence Lu iqi for a second.
Old Master Lu remained seated, though the atmosphere around him had grown noticeably heavier. His eyes rested on Su Wan carefully, studying her in a way that had shifted far beyond ordinary family evaluation.
Because this was no longer emotional opportunism. She had calculated this—the timing, the pressure, the leverage—everything.
Second Madam finally spoke, her tone colder than before. "You’re asking for influence over the Lu Conglorate during a succession crisis."
"Yes." Su Wan did not deny it. "I’m asking for protection proportional to the risk I’m carrying."
That answer unsettled the room again, because it sounded rational. Not greedy. Rational.
She rested one hand lightly against the armrest beside her, her posture remaining composed despite the visible exhaustion beginning to show beneath her calm exterior. "The Lu family currently has unknown enemies moving against it from outside. Three potential heirs have entered the household. Internal factions are already reacting. And my child is standing directly at the center of all of it."
Her gaze shifted slowly across the room. "If this situation escalates further, then my position becos the most unstable one in this house."
Nobody interrupted her. Because again—nobody could deny it.
Su Wan looked back toward Old Master Lu calmly. "So yes," she said softly. "I want guarantees."
The room remained tense.
Then finally—Lu Shaohan moved.
Until now he had remained almost entirely silent, watching her dismantle negotiations, pressure the Zhang family, and redirect the succession crisis with terrifying precision. Now his gaze settled fully on her again.
"You chose your timing carefully."
His voice remained calm, but everyone in the room understood the weight beneath it.
Su Wan t his gaze without hesitation. "Of course I did."
A faint silence followed.
Then Lu Shaohan stepped forward slowly into the center of the hall. "You asked for half a billion. What do you intend to do with it?"
That question shifted the atmosphere again. Because suddenly this no longer sounded like emotional compensation. It sounded strategic.
Su Wan leaned back slightly. "Build security that belongs to ."
Direct. Simple. Dangerous.
Several expressions in the room changed all at once. Old Master Lu’s eyes narrowed faintly. Even Second Madam looked visibly more alert.
