Several full minutes passed before Mike’s rapid breathing finally began to steady.
Shock flashed through his open eyes.
It seed he had transmigrated.
And he had ended up in the bloody, violent world of The Boys!

If Mike rembered correctly, in the original story’s godawful plot, Soldier Boy had it miserable.
A first-generation Arican hero, and he had been frozen over and over again a full three tis!
The first ti was during the Nicaragua operation, when every mber of the Payback squad he once led stabbed him in the back.
Black Noir led the charge, and even his old fla, Crimson Countess, took part.
In the end, he was sold to the Soviets as a political bargaining chip, then tortured like a lab rat in this sunless hellhole for nearly forty years, half-conscious the whole ti.
And the mastermind behind it all was definitely Stan Edgar, Vought’s ever well-dressed, hypocritical, cold-blooded man in power.
The second ti was after he had finally seen daylight again. He had originally agreed to help The Boys deal with Holander.
But at the crucial mont, Soldier Boy lost focus because he was hell-bent on beating up his damn grandson. Then Butcher, cuckold jokes and all, completely threw him off with one line: "He’s my wife’s son." That was all it took to set off the infighting, and Soldier Boy ended up getting hit from every side.
Once again, he was treated as a dangerous, uncontrollable weapon, betrayed by The Boys, and locked back inside a cryogenic hibernation pod.
As for the third ti, that was in the recently updated Season 5, Episode 7, with only one episode left before the finale.
After giving Holander the V1 serum, Benjamin had originally planned to cut ties with the past for good and head to South Arica to enjoy himself.
But because he said, "Good luck, son," to Holander...
