However, even this kind of Foundation Establishnt could ensure that one was stronger than those in the Qi Refining Realm once successful.
The second type is Human Dao Foundation Establishnt, which requires a decent Cultivation Technique, good Spirit Root quality, and moderate Spiritual Power. Even if one has a poor Spirit Root, if a decent Innate Divine Power appears during Foundation Establishnt, future achievents could still be considerable. With Heavenly Foundation Establishnt, and the aid of a Heavenly Dao Foundation Establishnt Pill, a second Innate Divine Power can appear. One more than others. With the Attribute boost from the Foundation Establishnt Pill, overall strength is naturally formidable.
However, Heavenly Dao Foundation Building is extrely difficult. For each Sect, the requirents for successful Heavenly Dao Foundation Building vary. For instance, in the Sword Sect, achieving Heavenly Dao Foundation Building is not just about an Elixir; practicing the Upper Heaven Energy Introduction Technique to the Eighteen Layers Realm is one of the conditions, along with needing a Heavenly Spirit Root, among other requirents. Even so, the probability of success is not high, although it significantly increases with the Heavenly Dao Foundation Establishnt Pill.

But Cultivators generally find them hard to perceive. Unlike the lightning tribulation for the Golden Core, the tribulation of the Heart Demon depends on one’s personal experiences. Often, the more experiences one has, the stronger the Heart Demon tribulation. Various illusions will devour the Cultivator’s Divine Sense until Foundation Establishnt fails, ultimately ending in forfeiture and requiring a restart. At this point, it’s safest to have a Master or an elder acting as a protector around. Thus, for a Cultivator, the younger they are, the better it is to establish their foundation earlier.
