The appellation 'Master' was only used by a very small number of people when the Watchers were initially established. These people, coming from extrely low backgrounds, considered themselves slaves after joining the Watchers, thus they used this title to address the protagonist teaching them. Later on, the appellations changed. An appellation, naturally, doesn't explain much. Moreover, under the transformation of the Human Skin Mask, Mr. Tian and Dongfang Mu were entirely different people. Otherwise, he could not have pursued both the Jianghu storyline and the Dynasty storyline in the ga simultaneously. Even during the late stages of the ga, this dual identity was not completely revealed. The Human Skin Mask in the ga was a special kind of prop. It must have been specifically prepared for the Love Saint Route.

In the ga, it was the Watchers cultivated by the protagonist who undertook the task of sneaking across Heavenly Mountain to attack the Barbarian army from the rear. Obviously, there are no Watchers here. Those present are mostly the Lizhou Primordial Spirits who died in the Ancient River Battle. But... there are Li State cultivators here. Although these Li State cultivators have transford into Primordial Spirits and are constrained by rules from using Magic, their Primordial Spirit's power is still sowhat potent. Otherwise, no one would have been able to slay those Barbarian Primordial Spirits in previous trials.
