Chapter 1133: Chapter 1134: Unwelco True Daughter 77

Fu Jie looked at Song Ziming, who confidently declared he would establish an investnt company, and he sowhat understood why Song Qian was so arrogant.

Clearly, Song Ziming was quite modest, while Song Shijian had ambition, but he was more cautious.

In the past, he really couldn’t understand it, but looking at Song Ziming now, Fu Jie got it.

Having ideas and ambition is very normal for people like them, destined from birth to keep moving forward.

As children, they worked hard to run ahead of their peers to get noticed by the elders and stand out as the family heirs.

After becoming the family heir, it’s not about being at ease; it’s about proving your ability to lead the family business to grow and seize more territory.

The most important thing is to recognize your strengths and weaknesses. Song Ziming knew he had shortcomings in investnt.

He still had such confidence in himself, learning through experience and paying tuition in the industry to improve gradually.

But he really kept paying tuition fees, aning he failed a bit more often, though he did have successful cases.

Only, the successful investnts he ntioned were the ones everyone knew would succeed, not initial fundraising rounds, but second or third rounds.

Seeing Song Ziming’s confident deanor, Fu Jie stopped trying to persuade him. There was no way to dissuade, as he was so confident.

Song Ziming discussed his views on the current IT industry, and Fu Jie perked up to listen because there’s always so valuable insight to gain in this field.

Zhang Yu quickly settled the price and tentatively signed a contract with the agent. If both parties’ lawyers found no issues, the contract would be officially established.

The agent soon left, and Zhang Yu simply called the remaining ranch employees for a eting.

There wasn’t much to say; just that the ranch had a new owner, but everything would remain the sa.

Zhang Yu was an outsider and didn’t understand these things, so he saw no need to interfere, leaving it to the professionals.

Everyone knew the previous ranch owner wanted to sell, which made them anxious, given the change in leadership and uncertainty about their treatnt and conditions.

Unexpectedly, the new owner seed good, not cutting staff, just simply saying everything was the sa.

After a brief chat with everyone, Zhang Yu had a word with the ranch manager, also the head cowboy.

The previous owner, due to the sale, didn’t have many cattle, and the ranch price didn’t include these animals, essentially selling an empty ranch.

To get the ranch up and running quickly, purchasing cattle and sheep was necessary.

Zhang Yu left this task to the counterpart.

“For staffing, no additions for now. We’ll increase as needed if we’re short-handed.”

The ranch was bought, but Zhang Yu couldn’t handle matters there indefinitely, so he called his assistant over to manage them.

“The ranch operations will go on as before. I’m just considering if we could offer ranch tours for visitors from back ho.” Without knowing business prospects, they’d feel their way forward.

After a simple eting about the ranch’s developnt, Zhang Yu prepared to rest a bit.

The previous ranch owner lived there with family, so the office and residence were separate.

The office was on one level, while the residence was two stories with an attic. Both the office and living areas were wooden, which Zhang Yu really liked.

“When guests co, I’ll start building wooden houses like these.” Zhang Yu had already envisioned it.

“Wait for guests to co?” Song Ziming shook his head repeatedly, “You’ll be too late, man. You have no business sense.”

He couldn’t understand how soone like Zhang Yu managed to thrive in the investnt world, and Song Ziming sighed again.

“I’ll rent them out when the ti cos. Without guests or a steady source, why build so many houses? My money doesn’t grow on trees.” Zhang Yu rolled his eyes at Song Ziming.

“Soone’s coming to check out the ranch tomorrow.” Zhang Yu just told Fu Jie a friend about acquiring the ranch and snapped so photos over to them.

Originally thinking they’d co in a few days, they booked a ticket as soon as hearing the ranch was secured.

This speed was comndable, Zhang Yu couldn’t help but remark, “When there’s money to be made, people show up imdiately.”

Song Ziming was considering whether to visit LA or New York, needing to buy gifts for his mom and wife since he went abroad.

Hearing a partner was coming, Song Ziming decided to wait for them; no matter how much online talk there was, face-to-face etings were better.

After a brief rest, they started exploring the town. It really wasn’t big, a short walk could give them a view of the town center.

Song Ziming looked around and shook his head repeatedly, “I feel like this can’t keep people here.”

“There are no shopping attractions.” When Chinese people travel, they shop a lot, yet here they found it hard to spend money even if they had it.

Zhang Yu and Fu Jie shook their heads, the forr pointing to a few stores, “Many of the shops here are run by craftsn whose skills have been passed down through generations.”

“Whether it’s the saddles or whips they make, they are made of leather.”

“And items like wallets and leather goods, all made of cowhide.”

“Genuine cowhide, the designs might not be much, but they’re real leather, handmade, and reasonably priced, great for personal use or gifts.”

Zhang Yu believed that anyone with a discerning eye would find good stuff here, “And no matter who they are, seeing an opportunity for profit, they’ll co up with ideas without needing a push.”

“If they still haven’t changed, I could set up shops at the farm and bring in craftsn.” Since their ranch raised cattle and sheep, they’d never run out of leather.

With custors and space, it could definitely sustain itself.

Fu Jie nodded continuously, thinking Zhang Yu’s idea was great.

Song Ziming thought Zhang Yu’s idea was good. He initially wondered why Zhang Yu didn’t do it himself but quickly understood.

“Everyone makes money.” When everyone earns, there’s no jealousy.

Zhang Yu acknowledged, “Anyway, with the ranch open, I can take vacations sotis.”

Wherever you travel to relax, it’s pretty much the sa, mainly just to unwind here.

Fu Jie, having been there for less than a day, also liked it a lot, “When I have free ti, I’ll co here for vacation too.”

Zhang Yu looked up at him, and Song Ziming also kept watching the two of them.

“I’ll pay.” Fu Jie insisted he wasn’t staying for free, he would definitely pay.
