"You still don’t believe ? Now the arrow is on the string and has to be released, what’s the use of thinking so much at this mont?" Huang Ming beca impatient too, focusing on solving the imdiate issue was critical.

Gu Wanhua understood this principle too and reluctantly withdrew his hand.

Huang Ming was just about to undo Gu Wan’s clothes when he saw Gu Wanhua still standing nearby. He imdiately glared at him and urged, "Aren’t you going to move away? What? Do you want to watch? She’s about to be my wife."

It was then that Gu Wanhua realized this and quickly walked to the side, muttering, "You can’t ss around, alright? My second aunt is still young! If you ss around, I’ll co right over, even if I have to deal with losing those two hundred taels of silver, I will inform my Little Uncle."

So conscience still remained in Gu Wanhua; his second aunt was only twelve years old. What he was doing was unforgivable, yet he still didn’t want to discard the last bit of his moral baseline. But now he was confused, having boarded Huang Ming’s pirate ship, with no way to disembark.

Ming Mo observed from afar and his heart felt heavy, what were these two beasts planning? The young lady of his family was only twelve! He imdiately used Qinggong to move forward, although his Qinggong wasn’t as good as Gu Chengyu’s, it was still much faster than the average Martial Arts expert’s, for he had practiced diligently.

"Stop!" Ming Mo flew forward and kicked Huang Ming forcefully, without bothering with the toppled Huang Ming, he hurriedly turned to check, finding Gu Wan’s clothes intact, and that she hadn’t woken up. Only then did he breathe a sigh of relief.

Thankfully, he hadn’t delayed much even while taking a restroom break and managed to catch up, otherwise the consequences would have been unimaginable.

Just as Huang Ming was about to undo Gu Wan’s clothes, unexpectedly out of nowhere a shadow had kicked him over. Huang Ming lay on the ground, feeling like his internal organs were displaced, it hurt! It truly hurt! It hurt so much he couldn’t speak.

He clutched his abdon, unable to make a sound. Standing not far away from him with his back turned, Gu Wanhua, hearing the unusual sound behind, thought Huang Ming had done sothing excessive and beca furious, "Didn’t I tell you, don’t go too far?"

While speaking, Gu Wanhua turned around, only to find Huang Ming lying on the ground, and standing there was none other than Ming Mo! It’s over!

All Gu Wanhua could think about at that mont was that it was over, Ming Mo was here, could Little Uncle be far behind? His knees went soft and he knelt on the ground.

Gu Chengyu rushed to the small woods, but although the trees weren’t towering, the dense canopies connected in one large mass. Standing on a large tree, he looked down but saw nothing. Yet, he couldn’t shout, as doing so might scare the two away, but if it alerted the villagers, it would ruin Gu Wan’s reputation just the sa.

Ming Mo hadn’t returned, which certainly ant he’d caught up with Gu Wan. As to why he hadn’t returned, sothing must have gone wrong. Gu Chengyu was anxious, he got down from the tree canopies, planning to search the small woods carefully.

"Young Master Wan Hua! My young master hasn’t treated you badly, why would you do this to our young lady? Together with such a despicable person, disgracing yourselves! You really are hopeless."

Ming Mo glared angrily at Gu Wanhua. He ran over to Huang Ming, yanked off his belt, and tied him up. After ensuring the hands and feet were tied, he felt it was insufficient, so he used so vines to bind Huang Ming tightly.

Huang Ming was already curled up in pain, and being tied up by Ming Mo only made his whole body ache more, bringing out cold sweat.

Ming Mo glanced at Huang Ming, snorted coldly. He had put so strength into that kick of his, though at most it would hurt for half a month, even then he had shown restraint.

He glanced at Gu Wanhua and didn’t restrain him. Gu Wanhua was just a frail scholar, and he planned to carry him back later. But now he was in a dilemma--there were three people here, with the young lady needing to be carried back. What about the other two? Plus, taking them back like this, wouldn’t the villagers speculate wildly?

Gu Chengyu was walking inside when he suddenly heard Ming Mo’s voice. His heart skipped a beat, and he rushed in that direction.

"Ming Mo! What’s going on? How’s my second sister?" Gu Chengyu saw Huang Ming tied up on the ground, Gu Wanhua still in a daze, and Gu Wan was asleep on the ground!

He quickly went forward to check, finding Gu Wan’s clothes intact, her breathing steady, with no visible injuries on her body, just as if she were sleeping, he let out a sigh of relief.

"Young master! The second young lady is fine, I’ve tied up Huang Ming!" Ming Mo, seeing the young master arrive, also breathed a sigh of relief, he had been at a loss on what to do!

Hearing that Gu Wan was fine, Gu Chengyu finally relaxed.

He didn’t look at Huang Ming but turned to walk toward Gu Wanhua. Gu Wanhua was sitting dazedly on the ground, and only ca to his senses as Gu Chengyu walked over, but his eyes dodged, not daring to look at Gu Chengyu.

Gu Chengyu felt his anger rising uncontrollably. His own folly nearly cost Gu Wan her safety, he couldn’t forgive himself, but he hated Gu Wanhua more!

"Slap!" Without asking anything, Gu Chengyu stepped forward and delivered a slap, the force of which was not small; it slapped Gu Wanhua to the ground, leaving so blood at the corner of his mouth.

Gu Wanhua dared not fight back at all, he also knew he was at fault. He only hoped that with this slap, Gu Chengyu’s anger would subside and that he wouldn’t speak of it, otherwise, his path to success would end.

"Little Uncle! I wronged you, I wronged second aunt, please let go! I won’t dare again, for the sake of my grandfather, let go! He’s old, I can’t let him know."

Gu Wanhua knew Gu Chengyu valued relationships. Uncle Gu had always treated Gu Chengyu well, and before Mr. Gu’s house had prospered, they had offered much care to Mr. Gu and his family. Otherwise, in the Prefecture, Gu Chengyu wouldn’t have managed his affairs.

"Do you still have the face to say such things now? Do you know what you’re doing? You’re biting the hand that feeds you, your second aunt is just twelve, are you people even human?" Gu Chengyu glared at Gu Wanhua angrily. Now asking for rcy, it’s too late!

"Little Uncle, you’re mistaken! We didn’t plan to harm second aunt, it was just, just..." Under Gu Chengyu’s glare, Gu Wanhua found it hard to continue. If their plan had succeeded, second aunt would have ended up with a reputation as a wanton woman anyway; nothing good would have co of it.

Gu Chengyu laughed in furious disbelief, "Oh? Then tell your plan aloud!"

Gu Wanhua stamred out their sche, constantly pleading for forgiveness. The more Gu Chengyu listened, the angrier he beca, ignoring his pleas.

As it turned out, these past days Huang Ming often had Gu Wanhua bring him to Mr. Gu’s house, wanting to et Gu Wan. But Dumb Granny was teaching Gu Wan manners, prohibiting her from seeing any gentlen outside. Gu Wan never appeared, even though the other girls of the Gu Family were seen, Gu Wan alone was never t before.
