"Senior Kairon? Why are you here?"
Sylvia asked, a bit surprised to see the senior she had t at the Healer’s club suddenly.
For a mont, she couldn’t help but frown.
"Haha...Sylvia, we et again. What a surprise! I never thought I’d find you here while I’m on duty."
Kairon Voss gave his signature smile while extending his arm, completely ignoring Leo and Soren beside.
"So, Senior Kairon, is it? Nice to et you."
But that didn’t an Soren would do the sa.
He instead grabbed his extended hand and shook it firmly with a huge grin, while coming directly between Sylvia and him.
Since he knew what his intention was from the ga, of course, he wouldn’t be an idiot enjoying the show.
"Do you know him?"
Rather, after shaking his hand, he directly ignored both of them and asked Sylvia, as if confused.
"Oh? H-He is the senior I know from the Radiant Sacred club I joined before."

Soren nodded as if he realised the gist, turned to look at the two figures, and gave a faint smile.
"Alright, looks like we got the wrong idea. Since you two are just guarding the area, we won’t get in your way. Let’s split here."
Soren was very straightforward.
He didn’t even talk much before asking them to leave.
Then he turned, wrapped an arm around Sylvia’s waist, catching her off guard, and ordered his teammates.
"Let’s leave too. This area is a bit too dangerous to stay for long."
The main reason why Soren wanted to relax in the first place was to find a solution for Elise’s situation.
And he indeed got the idea of what to do with her and how to de-escalate her situation.
Then, there was no point entertaining anyone, was there?

While Soren began storing the remaining catch and his cooking gear in his inventory, Kairon was left baffled at being so thoroughly ignored.
But when he wanted to shout, he was imdiately stopped by Leon, the Assassin.

As much as Leon was also irked by Soren’s behaviour, thinking a bit, he already understood why he might have acted so.

Kairon’s raw emotion was right on his face. Especially when his face turned ugly the mont Sylvia was hugged by Soren.

Seeing that Kairon was visibly getting angry, Leon spoke again coldly. The reason why he even agreed to his demand to spy on Soren’s team was because of his background, and he owed him a favour.

Really, Kairon was a very unstable person as he didn’t even bother hiding his annoyance.

To be honest, she almost didn’t believe it when she heard everything from her sister.
She couldn’t deny that she was a bit jealous of her sister now.
Just...this sister of hers wouldn’t agree to pounce on this chance for whatever reason.
"No, Elara. Please don’t force , okay. I-I...just need more ti."
See? Even now, Elise was dodging.
"B-Besides, I already told you about him and Aurelia. W-what i-if..."
Although Elise didn’t complete her words, Elara of course understood.
To be honest, she was a bit shocked to hear about Aurelia and Soren kissing in the forest from her sister.
But when she thought of how they fight in sync with Aurelia in Soren’s arm all the ti, she found it sowhat made sense.
But that didn’t an Elise should suppress her feelings and avoid Soren.
She knew that if she let her sister do that, she would imnsely regret it later. It was better to confront him head-on and get this over with.
At least, fleeing early pain was better than lifelong regret, wasn’t it? Besides, it wasn’t like she was out of chances.
"Sigh....look Elise, didn’t I already tell you that Soren and Aurelia being together is almost impossible?"
Elara put her hand on her forehead with a sigh and once again began to persuade her sister.
"Aurelia is the only scion of Miss Seraphine and the only heir of the Flareborn guild. There is no way her mother will let her be with Soren, no matter how great he is."
Elara gave a logical reason.
"Besides, don’t you know about the marriage scandal of Miss Seraphine? With how much she hates n after that incident, do you think she will let Aurelia be with Soren?"

Elara finally had enough as she pouted angrily at her sister before standing up in exasperation and storming out of the tent.
She thought she had already done enough for her sister. If she still couldn’t decide, then that’s on her.

’Tch...why is she so indecisive anyway? It is just a boy. What is there to be afraid of?’

In fact, she was so annoyed that she randomly walked out of their area, fuming with anger, her cheeks red.
’My sister wasn’t so stupid before? Is this because of so-called love? Is this what love does to people?’
Elara thought, a bit curious and distracted, when suddenly she saw soone in front.

It was actually Soren Kingswell, who was currently haggling with soone for a piece of an artifact in the market.
As always, he looked tall and dashing, with that unique aura that always drew her attention inadvertently.
From how he appeared, it seed he was unaffected by the dangerous encounter at the C-rank dungeon.
Heck, she even found him more vigorous and charming than before, as if sothing subtle had changed within him.
But that only fueled Elara’s anger, which was already brewing.

Although she was glad that Soren saved her sister, she was even more annoyed that he left her hanging.
