“Why’d you stop walking all of a sudden?”
“We’re at the milk tea shop,” Wen Yang said, turning to her. “What are you so focused on that you’re walking without looking?”
“I’m helping Qian Qian co up with a plan! She’s gonna give Shaoqing a taste of his own dicine!”
Wen Yang didn’t bother asking further. He had no interest in whatever scheming went on between the girls—even if the victim was his own roommate.
He pointed toward the glass door. “Hey, your two besties are inside.”
“So that’s where they disappeared to! Sneaking off to enjoy free air conditioning, huh~?”
Through the glass, Ning Chu spotted her two friends sitting comfortably inside, sipping on milk tea. She imdiately abandoned Wen Yang and rushed in with excitent.
The mont she stepped through the door, a wave of warm air from the heater wrapped around her. She shivered slightly in comfort.
“Hey! Ning Chu~ over here!”
Yan Xinya waved eagerly when she saw her.
“This spot’s perfect—free AC!” Ning Chu said cheerfully, sliding into the seat across from the wolf girl. She called toward the counter, “Miss! Two cocoa milk teas, please!”
“Don’t get one,” Wen Yang said quickly as he walked in. “I’ll pass.”
“Then one cocoa milk tea,” Ning Chu corrected without hesitation. She knew he didn’t like sweet drinks, so she didn’t push it. Turning back to her friends, she asked, “So, what electives are you two planning to pick?”
“We were just talking about that! You should join us!”
“Huh?”
“We’re thinking of signing up for yoga! I heard it’s great for slimming down and shaping up~”
Ning Chu blinked, giving the wolf girl a once-over. “Wait… did you gain weight?”
“I did not!”
“You totally did! You probably sat around eating all winter break, didn’t you?”
“I said no!” Yan Xinya’s wolf ears stood straight up in protest.
But after a closer look, Ning Chu noticed her face really was a little rounder than before—and maybe, just maybe, there was the faintest hint of a belly under that sweater.
Then a quiet voice chid in from the other side. “Yoga also helps unlock new… positions.”
Ning Chu turned to see Lily, the succubus sipping her drink with a calm, blank expression, as if she hadn’t just said sothing suggestive.
Wen Yang’s eyes instantly lit up. He leaned toward Ning Chu and whispered, “Hey, why don’t you join their yoga class too?”
“!!!”
One glance at his face and she knew exactly what he was thinking—dirty thoughts!
She jabbed him in the side with her finger.
“But,” he added innocently, “if you take it outside the school, yoga classes cost hundreds per session. At least this one’s free.”
That did make Ning Chu hesitate. Maybe… it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try.
Definitely not because of “new positions.”
It’s purely for exercise!
“Fine. Call when registration opens.”
Still, she couldn’t help thinking—yoga classes ant everyone would be in tight, thin clothes… that’d be quite a sight.
Wait a minute. If she was thinking that—what if other pervy guys were too?!
She quickly asked, “Hey, can guys take yoga class too?”
“Of course they can~” Yan Xinya said easily.
“But the clothes… aren’t they kind of tight?”
The wolf girl thought for a mont before replying, “Everyone’s dressed the sa, so it’s not embarrassing. It’s like wearing swimsuits at the beach.”
“Hm… I guess that makes sense…”
“Speaking of the beach! Once it gets warr, let’s go! I want to see Lily in a bikini!”
Lily pushed her face away with a deadpan look. “Not happening.”
“School swimsuits work too!”
“Stop being crazy!”
“Here’s your milk tea.”
The young waitress brought over the milk tea, and Ning Chu imdiately wrapped both hands around the cup, warming her cold fingers.
She took two quick sips—scalding her tongue slightly—but the chill lingering in her body quickly lted away.
Yan Xinya sniffed softly, then suddenly gave Ning Chu a curious look.
“Ning Chu, I rember your period should be coming soon, right?”
“Ah?”
“By the timing, it should’ve already co, shouldn’t it?”
Ning Chu blinked, dazed for a mont, then shook her head blankly.
“I don’t know, it’s only mid-month, isn’t it?”
“Don’t tell you’re pregnant?!”
“How could that be?! It’s normal to be a few days early or late, okay? And why do you even rember it that clearly?!”
She rolled her eyes at Yan Xinya, but still couldn’t help glancing down at her own stomach a little nervously.
There’s no way, right?

Still, it was true—she’d better keep herself warm these next few days, or she’d end up with stomach cramps that would hurt like hell.
She nudged Wen Yang with her elbow teasingly.
“You’d better behave yourself these days! Otherwise, I will hit you.”
“I haven’t made you mad, have I?”
“How could you not have?! I’m just magnanimous enough not to get angry!”
Watching the two of them bicker, Yan Xinya laughed and leaned over to whisper into Lily’s ear.
“Jealous?”
“I hate n.”
“Oh? Funny, considering soone once told online how much she wanted a man to put a leash on her and take her on a walk—”
Before she could finish, Lily’s usually cool face flared bright red. She threw her arm around the wolf girl’s neck, choking off the rest of the sentence.
“Gah—! I’m dying, I’m dying!”
“Hmph!”
As soon as Lily let go, Yan Xinya noticed Ning Chu and Wen Yang walking out side by side.
“Hey! Where are you two going?”
“To the supermarket, to buy a few things.”
“Wait for us!”
The wolf girl grabbed her milk tea and hurried after them.
“Hey, didn’t you say you were introducing your brother to Lily? Where is he? Poor Lily’s about to die of thirst without a man~”
Ning Chu’s expression turned a little odd.
“My brother? Ah… he got snatched away by soone else.”
“But it’s fine. Honestly, seeing how things turned out, if Lily had gone for my brother, she’d probably be even more miserable.”
Just a normal girl is enough to leave her brother dry, if Lily—a succubus—ever ends up with him, it’d probably just leave her unsatisfied and frustrated beyond belief.
