Being carried bridal-style in Wen Yang’s arms, Ning Chu felt self-conscious about the looks from others even though she was tipsy. She turned her head and buried her face against Wen Yang’s chest, clutching tightly at his clothes, mumbling that she wanted to get down and walk by herself.

At 1.6 ters tall, she wasn’t considered short among girls in the south, but in Wen Yang’s arms she looked especially petite.

“I’m not so drunk that I can’t even walk.”

“Well, you’re not Wen Yang,” Wang Jie teased from the side.

“How much did it cost? I’ll pay you back later—”

“Don’t, don’t, are you looking down on a rich second-gen?” Zhang Shaoqing cut him off with a grin. “It’s my mom’s money anyway, it doesn't hurt to spend it.”

After getting the room cards, Wen Yang carried Ning Chu up to the third floor. The two double rooms were right next to each other. He picked one at random, went in, and laid Ning Chu down by the head of the bed.

Ning Chu rolled over, half-opened her eyes and stared at the wall. Her face was flushed and vivid, her eyes still unfocused and unfixed.

The tail that had been hidden under her skirt finally “set itself free,” no longer wrapped around her thighs. It slipped out from under the skirt and lashed down onto the bed like a whip—raised high, then smacked down hard.

Zhang Shaoqing and Wang Jie ca in as well. When they saw the heart-shaped tail, their faces were full of shock.

“Holy crap? She’s really a succubus?!”

“I told you guys ages ago, didn’t I?” Wen Yang casually pulled the blanket over Ning Chu.

“I thought you were joking with .” Zhang Shaoqing stared at the black tail in amazent and reached out curiously—only to have Wen Yang slap the back of his hand away.

He awkwardly pulled his hand back. “Just touching it won’t make it fall off…”

“Hands off,” Wen Yang said flatly.

Wang Jie complained, “Usually you’re not allowed to touch non-human girls’ tails, right? Let alone a succubus.”

“I an, I’ve touched plenty~”

“That’s just because you’ve got thick skin.”

Wen Yang rolled his eyes at Zhang Shaoqing and turned to head into the bathroom. “I’m gonna use the toilet. What ga are we playing tonight?”

Zhang Shaoqing and Wang Jie’s eyes lit up at the sa ti. They happily followed him straight into the bathroom.

The hotel bathroom was tiny. With three grown n cramd inside, Wen Yang felt constrained. The two of them were even staring straight at his lower body, which honestly made it seem like they had certain… preferences.

“What’s wrong with you two?”

Ning Chu groggily lifted her head. Hearing the noisy commotion coming from the bathroom, she scratched her head and then flopped her face back onto the pillow.

Her head was spinning, but she could still make out what they were saying over there. Lying on the bed, she muttered to herself, “I’m really strong~”

“Alright, alright, cut it out.”

Wen Yang walked out of the bathroom helplessly, turned on the computer in the room, and asked over his shoulder, “Are we still playing or not?”

“Of course! We’re pulling an all-nighter tonight! Let’s see which one of you with weak kidneys wants to sleep first.”

Wang Jie pointed at the succubus on the bed.

“That one doesn’t count.”

With the two of them leaving, the noisy room finally quieted down.

Ning Chu had been half-asleep the whole ti. As soon as the room went quiet, her vision went black and she collapsed into deep sleep, even starting to snore.

While waiting for the computer to boot up, Wen Yang heard the soft, faint snoring. He glanced back at the little succubus on the bed and pulled the kicked-off blanket back over Ning Chu.

“Can’t even behave when you sleep.”

Standing by the bed, looking down at that soft, pale little face, he couldn’t help but gently pinch her cheek. Then he tucked the restless tail back under the blanket too, so Zhang Shaoqing wouldn’t co over and try to grab it again.

“Late-night snacks…”

Ning Chu smacked her lips, mumbling sleepily in her dreams.

“Wait until you wake up,” Wen Yang said with a laugh, shaking his head.

Back then, this girl had insisted that he wasn’t allowed to touch her unless they were married. Now look at her, she was thinking about lewd stuff even in her sleep.

He turned his head to look at Ning Chu sitting beside him, only to see that she still had that dazed, post-drinking look on her face. She was leaning back in the gaming chair, both legs propped high up on the desk on purpose, her feet placed right by his keyboard.

Because of gravity, her short skirt had slid up to her waist, but underneath she was still wearing black safety shorts and thick fleece-lined leggings.

“I wanna eat late-night snacks~”

“Let finish this round and I’ll order so barbecue delivery, yeah? I’m kinda hungry too. I only had so cake tonight.”

Zhang Shaoqing’s voice ca through the headset.

“……”

Ning Chu didn’t say anything more. The leg she had on the desk dropped down and ca to rest on Wen Yang’s thigh.

Wen Yang’s body stiffened. The next second, his computer screen turned black and white as his character died, and Zhang Shaoqing’s cursing ca through the headset again.

He helplessly turned to look at Ning Chu, only to see her standing there with her hands on her hips, her face full of shaless provocation.

“Hey, you guys start another round without .”

“What’s wrong?”

“Ning Chu’s making trouble here. I’ll get her to sleep first, then co back.”
