The body of the Old Gods’ creation, fully spread, was over three hundred ters long, with nurous tentacles sprawling like spider webs. As clusters of nauseating tumors spewed out, within the sight of the group appeared creatures with humanoid faces but whose limbs were entirely made of tentacles. Their mouths were like circular suction cups, eyes purely black, faces notably blurred, lacking noses, with only a hollow in the center. As soon as they hatched, they surged forward.

The sound of heavy machine gun fire echoed.
Leon’s expression showed a hint of terror as he muttered, "What are these monsters? This isn’t scientific!"

At so unknown point, a Brotherhood mber in exoskeleton power armor appeared, face covered in bulging veins, expression insanely frantic, clutching a heavy machine gun and continuously firing at Su Ziyu, seemingly as if his consciousness had been directly seized by sothing.
—"Spiritual Protection Field!"
"Careful!" Pasha’s startled cry rang out.
Clang.
In that instant, Su Ziyu’s figure appeared out of thin air more than ten ters away, followed by a flash of cold light sweeping past. A gush of blood burst from the neck of the man who suddenly fired at him, followed by his hideously contorted head hitting the ground while his body, along with the exoskeleton power armor, collapsed with a thud.
Not good!
This monster can control the consciousness of mortals.
"You all should retreat back," Su Ziyu’s gaze was extrely vigilant as he looked at Leon and others, grabbing Pasha nearby and establishing a slight ntal connection with her.
—"Mind Barrier!"
At this mont, he couldn’t afford to worry about others; barely protecting Pasha with the Mind Barrier was difficult enough.
