Did this guy plot against the son of the Sun King Gwyn?
What a terrifying enemy.
Su Ziyu quickly retreated using Telekinesis Flight and switched to a shield, clanging as it blocked the enemy’s attack.
This was a shield he found in an abandoned church outside.
He saw the Onion Knight using a shield quite effectively, so he decided to have one as a backup, never expecting to need it so soon. Blocking with a shield was evidently much easier than using a weapon.
Bam.
After successfully driving back the Onion Knight, the apparition of the Pope turned into a black-purple mist and disappeared, reappearing behind the actual body of Pope Shalivan. Then, two Sinful Greatswords engulfed in blazing flas slashed toward Su Ziyu.
This enemy actually knew to focus power on eliminating the greatest threat first.
——"Flashing!"
Su Ziyu was already cornered in the church, with nowhere left to hide. He could only use Flashing to teleport to an open space on the right.
Hah.
A figure suddenly appeared behind Pope Shalivan; the hazy apparition of Nun Fried erged again. She seed to have caught a flaw of the enemy; during Pope Shalivan’s pursuit of Su Ziyu, she swung her massive scythe towards his head.
Pope Shalivan was almost awkwardly unable to avoid it at the mont, but the next second, his apparition moved forward proactively, using its body to block Fried Nun’s blade.
Bam.
The Pope’s apparition turned into a dark aura and vanished.
While Pope Shalivan quickly retreated, he gently swung his sword. In the mysterious light, the second Pope apparition reappeared.
"Such a powerful enemy is not even a Lord of Cinder?" Su Ziyu could not help but pause for a mont.
Luckily, he had already turned into a frenzied living corpse.
In the expansive hall, five figures faced off in a triangular formation: Su Ziyu opposing Pope Shalivan, Fried Nun and Onion Knight on either side, while Pope Shalivan stood back to back with his apparition, completely blocking any chance of sneak attacks.
This avatar magic is too hard to deal with!
The Pope’s apparition has strength nearly equaling his own. They are essentially fighting two Pope Shalivans at once.
"It seems necessary to use so trump cards." Su Ziyu silently gripped the Dragon-Hunting Spear.
He conveyed ntally to Fried Nun nearby: "Help distract his avatar. I need an opportunity to strike."
Simultaneously, he told the Onion Knight on the other side: "You attack his real body."
The next second.
Fried Nun and Onion Knight charged simultaneously, black flas on the right spread like mist, while Onion Knight clenched the Storm Tar and shouted, raising his hand to unleash an astonishing Wind Blade.
Pope Shalivan and his apparition split imdiately to face the attack, Sinful Greatswords raising a windstorm and fire, cleaving straight ahead.
It’s now.

——"Sunlight Spear!"
Everything around slowed like a movie in slow-motion, Su Ziyu’s palm gathered a massive ten-ter Thunder Spear, as Pope Shalivan turned to face the attack, he fiercely threw the Dragon-Hunting Spear.
Afterward, his figure also lunged forward.
——"Spiritual Protection Field!"
Golden lightning gathered in Su Ziyu’s palm. Almost the instant the Sunlight Spear was thrown, he ford another Thunder Spear and cast it out again.
Feeling the chance may not yet be secure.
Spiritual Energy exploded madly within Su Ziyu, turning his eyes into emitting golden electrical light. Two Spiritual Lightning bolts struck from his palm, accompanied by two lightning beams from his eyes, his Spiritual Energy nearly depleted by two-thirds in an instant.

The entire hall was filled with dancing electric serpents.
Su Ziyu, the Onion Knight, and Fried Nun were all blown away simultaneously, while at the explosion’s core, Pope Shalivan’s apparition vanished instantly, and his body turned into a dazzling ball of golden lightning.

"Fire of Sin cannot stay here." Onion Knight said sternly.
Su Ziyu raised a hand to stop him: "Wait."
"Maybe I have a way."
He closed his eyes to sense the data flow in his mind, then opened them, silently thinking: "Convert!"
"Conversion in progress!... Consuming 10 Source Power Value converting into tangible object!..."
In everyone’s gaze, the wavering Fire of Sin started expanding, followed by the gradual ergence of a Greatsword’s apparition identical to the Sinful Greatsword wielded by Pope Shalivan. The deep red fla bit by bit rged into the sword body, but the final form wasn’t a physical sword blade; instead it was a strange sword completely constructed from fla.
Rising motes of ash ford the hilt of this sword, the entire fiery blade beginning to compress inward.

Fried Nun and Onion Knight’s expressions were sowhat stunned and uncertain.
Su Ziyu remained where he was for a mont, hesitated slightly, then slowly approached, reaching out to grasp the hilt composed of ash, picking up and lightly wielding the great sword engulfed in roaring flas.

A peculiar greed began gently rising from his heart; the deep red Fire of Sin slowly clung to Su Ziyu’s hand from the hilt, but as it neared, subtle white Spiritual Light appeared. Within this light manifested the apparitions of four witches, images familiar yet unknown, representing the rescued living beings, liberated souls, eradicated pollution sources, and countless pan-conscious blessings. It directly suppressed the Fire of Sin on Su Ziyu’s hand, forcing it entirely back onto the blade.
