——"Flying Dragon [Human Pus]!"
A colossal creature, over twenty ters long and with wings spanning about sixteen ters, gradually appeared in sight.
"Let handle this." Fried the Nun whispered.
"Alright." Su Ziyu nodded.
Around this flying dragon, nurous soul glows scattered, seemingly the remains of zombies and knights killed by it. Flas left traces everywhere, and so buildings had been knocked down and collapsed.
Fried the Nun’s figure vanished from her original location.
In Su Ziyu’s perception, Fried the Nun stealthily moved from the right, flexibly crossing the wall railing, her hands tightly gripping the giant scythe as she approached the dragon’s head.
Huh!
As wisps of black flas erged, Fried the Nun’s figure suddenly appeared above the crouching body of the dragon, gripping her scythe tightly and swinging it fiercely at the dragon’s head.
Bang.
Blood splattered.
The massive flying dragon let out a wail of agony, then its body struggled violently, seemingly wanting to rise up and soar, but Human Pus robbed it of its flying ability, leaving no choice but to open its mouth and spew a hot wave of dragon breath forward.
A sea of fire instantly enveloped the entire corridor’s front hall.
The flas spewed by the flying dragon extended over thirty ters, sweeping across all the areas ahead in a right angle, engulfing Fried the Nun entirely.
——"Sunlight Spear!"
Su Ziyu didn’t hesitate for a mont. As the dragon spewed its breath, he gripped his Dragon-Hunting Spear, summoning golden lightning, and in a convergence of thunder, the spear turned into a twelve-ter-long Thunder Spear. With a loud shout, he threw it towards the dragon’s abdon.
Blood gushed forth!
The enormous dragon nearby let out a scream of pain, its massive body convulsing involuntarily.
Even at this mont, it still wanted to stretch its wings and take flight, but its gigantic wings could only stir up a gale, incapable of lifting its body off the ground.
——"Sunlight Spear!"
A second Dragon-Hunting Spear appeared in Su Ziyu’s hands. As Fried the Nun distracted the enemy’s fire, he quickly charged it, and then hurled it towards the giant dragon’s head.
Rumble!
Amidst a burst of golden lightning, the massive body of the dragon in front of him slowly collapsed.
"Gained 10 Source Power Value."
Su Ziyu leapt across a ten-ter distance and landed, glancing at Fried the Nun who was drinking an Elental Bottle, he said, "Are you okay?"
"Yes." Fried the Nun nodded, saying, "There are unkindled ashes dead here."
Scattered around the dragon were nurous souls.
Su Ziyu gathered a bit and discovered the ’Soul of the Naless Knight,’ ’Soul of the Exhausted Warrior,’ and a mass of ’embers’ exuding fla power.
"Let’s go." Su Ziyu collected the spoils.
Blood continuously flowed from the wound of the giant dragon, but Su Ziyu rely glanced at it before losing interest.
——"Polluted Dragon Blood."
This dragon was infected with Human Pus. Though it could be used for a Dragon Blood Baptism ritual, nobody knew the outco—it might even infect Su Ziyu with Human Pus.
There’s no need to take that risk!
The two gradually delved deeper into the Demon King Courtyard, encountering nurous Human Pus infectees along the way. Su Ziyu easily handled them with the Thunder Spear, gaining close to twenty Source Power Value in the process.
"This place is pretty good." Su Ziyu casually gathered up a soul, thinking to himself.
The places they previously explored mainly dropped souls and not much Source Power Value.
However, the monsters around the Demon King Courtyard mostly dropped Source Power Value.
Having gradually beco familiar with the attack patterns of Human Pus, Su Ziyu found himself adept at handling them, even when facing five or six simultaneously, he thought infectees were becoming scarce.
Each Human Pus infectee had at least 2 Source Power Value; having a hundred or two hundred enemies would be perfect.
"Looks like the chance of Human Pus transforming into that mutated form also exists."
As Su Ziyu ventured deeper into the Demon King Courtyard, he began encountering so zombified knights.
After spending considerable ti, the two finally arrived at the deepest part of the Demon King Courtyard—a decayed and sealed ancient palace, where the foul atmosphere was the densest. Under Spiritual Vision, a mass of writhing black sludge could be seen.
"The Demon King Oslorais should be inside." Fried the Nun paused and said.
Su Ziyu surveyed the surroundings, then marked a Space Beacon. "Let’s go. Let’s take a look inside."
The Second Prince ntioned that the Demon King was nearly turning into a dragon.
He wanted to see what kind of dragon a human would turn into!
A dim passage led underground, in Su Ziyu’s sight appeared so withered tree trunks, the blue stone floor ahead was dilapidated, with weeds growing from the ground, indicating the place had been sealed for a long ti, seemingly long-forgotten.
As the two slowly ventured inside, a sinister dragon-shaped monster appeared before them.
——"Demon King Oslorais [Pollution Source] [Corruption] [Human Pus]!"
In Su Ziyu’s sight was a figure facing away from him, its back covered in disgusting blue tendrils, with a pair of shriveled wings drooping to the ground, behind it was a long dragon tail.
"Oh."
"More ignorant fools have co."
The Demon King Oslorais slowly turned around, revealing an ugly, aged dragon head, holding a dead, twisted infant in its hands, with an expression of fascination and madness.
Wisps of white mist erged.
The Demon King Oslorais slowly picked up a snake-shaped magic staff from the ground, let out a low growl.
"Is this supposed to be a dragon?"
Su Ziyu frowned at the twisted monster before him. The Demon King’s body was completely different from the flying dragon outside; the body was slim and weak, the wings shriveled as if decorative, only the head sowhat resembled a dragon but was hideous. The limbs resembled a lizard more, covered in small tendrils like malignant tumors.
A hoarse dragon roar sounded.
The Demon King Oslorais suddenly flapped its small wings and dashed forward. Due to the small size of its wings, it couldn’t fully fly, only gliding close, while spraying a torrent of white mist, containing sharp ice crystals.
This enemy didn’t seem strong.
Su Ziyu frowned while evading mid-air, then raised a hand and threw the Dragon-Hunting Spear.
Blood splattered.
The low-flying figure of the Demon King nearly stumbled, almost falling directly. The spear pierced its abdon, with dark red blood gushing out.
"Does it have no dragon scales?"
Not only dragon scales, the Demon King Oslorais before him didn’t even have dragon skin. It only had a few scaly things on its back, but the rest was similar to human skin. The defense of such a body, without heavy armor, was penetrable by the Dragon-Hunting Spear—each strike creating a blood hole. Su Ziyu brought it down from mid-air with just one strike.
"Alert! Alert!"
"Detected Human Pus pollution!..."
Just as Su Ziyu wondered about the weakness of the enemy, suddenly the Demon King’s sprayed white mist drew near his body, and a series of alert sounds rang out.
Su Ziyu’s expression changed slightly, retreating and saying, "Watch out for Human Pus!"
Fried the Nun’s expression was slightly puzzled; she avoided the corrosive mist, examining the faint white glow on her hand and asking, "Human Pus?"
"Forget I said anything." Su Ziyu replied.
The unkindled ashes seed to be completely immune to Human Pus.
He thought for a mont and said to Fried the Nun, "Leave handling this monster to you."
"I’ll provide cover."
Since Fried the Nun wasn’t afraid of Human Pus pollution, the front-line battle was naturally better left to her. The Demon King Oslorais had so eerie phosphorus glow within its tendrils; the floating phosphorescence was the source of Human Pus infection.
